had to wait 3 weeks, tyre still didnt arrive, then told me they will give me a refund......

I give two stars only because I got my tires. the company is a failure, the phone number they give everywhere simply does not work but it is paid. there is no tracking of the shipment, the tracking number they sent is incomplete and cannot be identified, DPD does not recognize this number. A company from outside the country, I do not recommend it, it is not worth trying for a few pounds

Order tyres on 22nd of November with a 72 hour delivery time. Tyres did not arrive, emailed the company 4 times, and did not respond to any of my emails. I would avoid this company at all cost

Sunday evening ordered 4 Rottala M+S tyres for a very good price and yesterday the curier attempt to deliver. I know that this company doesn't answer on the Customer service number, but they reply if someone will contact by Online from..so..What can I say... Thank you guys!

absolutely diabolical service, got tyres from them, used there online garage finder and selected the mobile fitter, got them delivered to his address, now he says he doesn't do there tyres and won't come to me.
tried calling emailing pneus tyres with no response whatsoever, disgusting service and would stay away from this lot and use black circles, asda, halfords, anyone else actually than these clowns.
reported them to the omnibusman as I'm £260 out of pocket and no tyres.

Ordered my tyres and now after nearly 2 weeks still have no tyres. I have filled in the contact forms an tried ringing all to no avail. I have spoken to the courier who has told me that they received no package but just a generated consignment number. Still trying to get my tyres! Avoid

I am giving one star only because I can't select zero.
I placed an order last week and order stated items in stock with free 48 hour delivery.
After 72 hours, order still not even dispatched.
I tried calling customer services and despite stating it is open from 8am, at 12:02pm I still get message that service is now closed.
A really poor service. I will not use again

Worst company i have ever dealt with,, i ordered four tyres and only two sent as per thier packing note,, they then proceed to tell me to wait for the other two that they have not dispatched,,,, utterly clueless customer service!

Once again I have used Pneus-online for my tyres.

I’ve bought alloys, steel rims and several sets of tyres in the past and I’ve not had one issue at any time. I’ve just bought a set of winter tyres for my work van as a gas engineer, I’m always in housing estates that never get gritted. The difference these tyres make is night and day. Wouldn’t be without the winter tyres now.

it is now my second order from these people. The first one, 2 years ago, the tires arrived after a reasonable wait. We took an appointment to change the tires and when we took the car, the garage told us that they are of the wrong size. It took 2 additional weeks to get them replaced and 25 CHF for the phone call to their payable service line.

This time, I ordered again 4 tires. Two arrived OK. The two others are shipped to god knows where. Some address is Germany. I wrote to the support - no reply. I called them today, they told me the tires are passing through customs controls. On DPD and my account the status is FULLY DELIVERED. I am leaving on holidays and needed the tires before. What a bunch of losers - will never order anything from them. EVER.

At first, i wasn't too sure about buying tyres on-line. But the tyres arrived within the 3-5 days. And came in excellent condition. They even look good and feel better on the road.

Half the price of the same tyres in the U.K and only 2 day delivery which was free

Good prices but delivery takes far too long and tracking is poor

Easy to use web site with lots of choice, good price range and availability.
Delivery from Holland took five days.
I would have given five stars but the courier did not leave the delivery in my "safe place" as requested on their web site, but left the tyres in full view in front of my house. Fortunately they were still there when I returned home.
