UK Christmas World Opiniones 

Firstly I have to say that I have wanted candles on my Christmas tree for years but could never justify the cost however when I saw these on the UK Christmas world website I couldn't resist them. When they arrived they were absolutely beautiful and I couldn't wait to decorate my tree. Unfortunately due to a bereavement just before Christmas I decided I could not celebrate Christmas so put them safely away for the next year. The following year I couldn't wait to decorate the tree and when I did the tree looked stunning I was so pleased. Whilst watching television in the candle light there was a pop and something fell to the floor, I turned the lights on only to find that one of the candles had popped it's battery compartment and the casing had cracked. I was miffed but decided to sellotape it back together. Over the next few hours and the following day, more and more popped and the battery compartments were cracked, some so badly I couldn't sellotape them back together. In the end all but a few of the 20 lights were damaged, I had no option but to purchase new Christmas lights and had to redecorate the tree. After Christmas I contacted UK Christmas world to let them know what had happened, I explained I had not used them the previous year due to a bereavement and provided photos of some of the damaged candles and the box they were delivered in proving they had come from them, asking for a refund. I was annoyed to be told that they couldn't refund due to being out of warranty. I did explain that the consumer rights act of 2015 states that an item should last for a reasonable amount of time and that a few hours of use is indeed not a reasonable amount of time. Again they replied saying that they had to be fair to all customers and that since the items were out of warranty there was nothing that they could do. I have to say that I am extremely disappointed and I am now stuck with two boxes of candle lights that are useless and out of pocket. Whilst I appreciate the warranty time period it is grossly unfair to expect someone to refused a refund when the 2015 consumer rights act clearly states that an item should last a reasonable amount of time and a few hours use in my opinion is indeed an unreasonable amount of time. I am sorry to say that I will now never shop with UK Christmas world or recommend them. I would also warn others to be very careful purchasing anything from UK Christmas world especially the Christmas tree Candle lights. (Sadly there is no option to add photos of the item) I also purchased them in August 2023 but I cannot set that date on my review.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a set of outdoor lights which arrived broken. The second item ordered was of a poor quality and so I requested a return. Having provided images of the damaged lights and a request for a refund I received an email saying they are sorry to hear about it but nothing more. AVOID.

Ordered some Christmas lights, they came faulty with a damaged pin inside for the connection.. Went through the process on the website of trying to process the faulty item and still had no response. So far been a complete waste of money.

Ordered just a normal set of lights. Took 6 days to deliver. Never left the warehouse for 5 days.. Emails very slow to get a response. Only saving grace they did eventually respond and suddenly they arrived next day. But we wanted the tree decorated earlier for our grandsons visit and this delay spoilt it.

I’d never bought from this company before but it was exactly the product I wanted at a decent price, and when I inquired about the delivery I received a quick response. Very good service.

Bought our 6ft slim tree earlier in the year, it’s beautiful- lush and the lights are amazingly bright. Loved it so much purchased the 7ft one!
So easy to decorate, looks beautiful and will definitely last for years to come.

My order was in 2 parts and the first one came within two days. The rest of my order didn't arrive. After 5 days I contacted customer service who were extremely pleasant and helpful. I was advised that the orders came from different places. She contacted the relevant warehouse and my order was dispatched within two days. Overall I was delighted with the whole service.

Placed an order for a christmas tree on the 26th of Nov. Was advised that it was a pre-order item and it would be dispatched by the end of November, with delivery taking 2-4 days. When the item didnt arrive within this time I had to contact their customer services.

I had to wait over 48 hours for a reply to all of my messages to them, and this was usually chasing them up for a reply as I could see that they had read my message a number of days prior.

Their replies didnt answer my question about when I was likely to receive the order instead it came back with 'This item is a pre-order item and has recently been booked in to stock', 'we would expect dispatch within the next few working days', 'the order is being processed by our secondary warehouse'.

I eventualy decided to cancel the order as I could not wait any longer for it. They didnt respond to this request, instead they waited another two days, until the order had been dispatched, and then said it couldnt be cancelled due to it having already been dispatched.

So 16 days for delivery and an extremelly poor and amatuerish attempt at customer service.

Speedy delivery, great price and high quality goods

This was after 2 hours searching online.
Really beautiful tree, admired by all my visitors. Reasonably priced.

Sorry… you have let me down this year…Ordered 12 Gold Baubles on 2nd December 2024. Told by e-mail on the 12th December that the Courier EVRI had damaged in transit. Sent numerous e-mails no recent reply. Requested REFUND no reply…

Well I must say that this supplier is one of the very best i have had the pleasure to deal with. I place my order and they have kept me up to date with despatch details and tracking information. Product was of a very high standard and i will definitely be placing further orders with this business.
Nowadays it is very hard to find a company that takes great pride in there products and customers and it is not just getting orders it is also the after sales which i feel makes this company such a pleasure to deal with.
