I had ordered beautiful outdoor lights for front door initially, was so pleased with lights I went back to order outdoor lights for my gutters. Quick responses to emails I asked about sizes and hooks. Love my decorations this year thanks to UK Christmas World

The tree was exactly as explained also it was packed very good and delivery was on time , ive used this company before and i will be using again.
I definitely recommend this company.

Excellent products and at great prices

well priced item, however delivery time longer than stated and I only got a dispatch email after I chased the order. Hopefully a one off as I would like to order again.

Ordered some Christmas Battery Outdoor lights, slightly tardy delivery but I imagine its busy out in Courier land. Not tried them yet but upto now all good

Everything I've ordered has been quickly dispatched. Better quality for less money than some of the junk you get in garden centres and hold a huge variety.

The order was easy to make online and communication was fast and accurate.

I must be the unlucky one? Ordered a Christmas tree with 2-4days delivery 2 weeks ago. Sent emails, CS said is being processed. Is annoying I missed out other Black Friday deals, not to mention I would like to decorate my tree before Christmas and not after

Brought a Christmas tree with it saying easy return, it’s far from easy, the tree has cost me £120 to return and that was the cheapest. All the links they put on to return don’t take that size of parcel or weight.

I would definitely try your local shops before ordering from here. £120 to send back a £350 tree. I must be mad. But some return is better than nothing. Definitely won’t be ordering from these again

Avoid avoid avoid the worst company ever poor communication. I chased my order after 7 days to be told it’s sent I then got another email later to say sorry but you item was damaged in the warehouse we will refund the item damaged. When I received the order they gave me something completly different now I’m waiting on there response but will most likely call the card company!!!

Extremely poor communication. The live chat feature on their website isn't answered and emails are also ignored. No phone number declared. When I did get a response on chat, they promised to email me later that day with an update, which never arrived. Website clearly states 2-4 day delivery, so far 5 days and my order has not even shipped let alone be delivered. I'll give it another day or two and then open a PayPal dispute to get a refund. Beware!

Ordered lights from here. They have not arrived. There is no contact number and they do not reply to emails or online chat! Very very poor service. Order number 2112203 if anyone would like to take responsibility! Will not use them again!

Trying to return faulty Xmas lights. They want video evidence (seems beyond a joke tbh!). They are poor to respond to emails, don’t answer questions about return postage costs which I feel I shouldn’t have to pay when faulty (been quoted between £7.50-12.50 with different carriers!) and no contact number to resolve the problem. Shouldn’t be this difficult. For all the hassle I’d shop elsewhere where you feel it’s from a reputable trusted company that delivers a customer service. So disappointing. Not even got as far as sending back due to their lack of response re postage costs as didn’t send a returns label(!) let alone receive the actual refund! 😢 perhaps they need to be reminded of the consumer law on faulty goods-think they’ve conveniently forgotten! 😢

Bought new lights for outside the house to replace old ones.
The lights arrived when they were expected to, was a pleasent surprise to find hooks in the box as the hold lights didn't have them. Looking forward to getting them up around the house soon
