Very efficient prompt service, products well packed. Delighted with the lights and the price was good.

I have built a collection of outdoor lights over a number of years , the quality of materials is outstanding, a lot of people come to our village just to see our lights.

We ordered a pre lit fibre optic Christmas tree, which unfortunately two of the lights weren’t working. We contacted Customer Services and the matter was dealt with efficiently and promptly and we received a replacement. Very pleased with the tree.

I am waiting for my order which states it will be delivered in 2-4 days. I ordered and paid for the outside lights on 1st November . There has been no communication. I have sent an email asking about my order , but received no response. Have called the number on website , but just asked to send an email. Poor service.

Loads of choice and I was pleased with my purchase.

I have dealt with firm in the past without any problem at all.
However, this time I ordered their Weeping Willow Xmas Tree at £100 (approx).

What a DISASTER !!! The package it came in looked like it been opened before and badly taped up. Then it looked like the tree had been sadly and badly erected before. It was a disgrace.......and for £100 !!!! NO I don't want a return ...your Weeping Willow Xmas Tree is destined for the Council Tip.....the only damned thing "WEEPING" is me.

I have bought from ukchristmasworld for a the last three years and i have never had any problem with them.

I bought 3 sets of Xmas lights from this company for my garage, gutter and 2 plants either side of my garage back in Nov 2023, total cost £55 .

The lights arrived but they had different shades of blue between the 3 sets. I contacted uk Christmas world on 21/11/23 I spoke to Rebecca and I explained why I wished to return them.

I was TOLD by Rebecca/uk Christmas world to send the lights back to an address and postcode that I can find online at their returns and exchange link, she also said they recommend using Evri.
Uk Christmas world website also recommend using Evri through their online returns info.

Items were boxed up and sent to their address.
I waited the 28 days they claim it takes for a refund to go through, but no refund.
I gave them another week and contacted them on 4/1/2024 and I had a live chat with Georgia this time.

She confirmed it’s been sent to the parcel shop down the road from them, and they will send someone down to get it.

On jan 31st another live chat with Georgia and I’m told the parcel was at the parcel shop from 8/12 but they only hold it for 10 days before it gets returned to Evri…. then back to sender.
It NEVER got sent back to me.

Georgia also suggested claiming through Evri insurance.
I tried to claim back the cost of the lights with the insurance I took out through Evri . No one answers calls or emails.
I explained this to Georgia and her reply was “I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, that’s out of our control”

I ask myself this, is this one big scam where uk Christmas world sells goods, gets the odd returned item sent back (to the handy parcel shop down the road) , they pick up the returned parcel but hold on to the refund .

Very good purchase Navigation of the site was easy. Good product at a very competitive price It arrived super swiftly and well packaged. I shall definitely re- visit
