Smells great! Shipping is my only issue. It takes about 2 weeks from ordering to receiving. Too long if it’s going to be a commonly used item for all my boys…

The scent was really nice and its a non chemical product.

Would not recommend for two reasons: the product itself and the poor customer service.

Firstly, the deodorant actually *foamed up* during intensive training. When I raised this, I was told it shouldn’t happen and that perhaps my husband had applied too much. He’s a 45-year-old man who is more than capable of applying deodorant correctly!

Secondly, I emailed requesting to cancel a subscription order, but my request was not actioned and the order was processed anyway. When I contacted customer service, I was offered a 25% partial refund to keep the order. I reluctantly accepted to avoid the inconvenience of returning it. Big mistake.

When I opened the package, I discovered they’d sent a different product. Customer service insisted it was simply a packaging change, despite the scent being completely different.

To top it off, they advertise a 60-day money-back guarantee, yet have been unwilling to honour it.

Overall, a disappointing product backed by even more disappointing customer service.. I certainly won’t be purchasing again.
Proceed with caution!

UPDATE: They offered me $20 off my next purchase.

I have enjoyedy experience with purchasing this product. The Customer Service is very good and they respond on a timely manner and try to accomodate as best as possible. I highly recommend this product!

I had a wonderful experience with Manly! I ran into an issue with my order, and their customer service team was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. Aida went above and beyond to help me get everything resolved, and I truly appreciated the personal attention and care she showed throughout the process.
As a mom of a young athlete, I believe it’s so important to be mindful of what we put on and in our children’s bodies. I’m grateful I found Manly and excited to see how their product works for my son. Although we’ve only been using it for about two weeks, I feel like I’m already noticing some small positive changes, and I’m hopeful that he’ll continue to thrive.

I can only imagine that all these people posting positive reviews have been sent my order.
I have been waiting for the remainder of mine since 19 July - yep 12 whole weeks. their communication is terrible and because they use Richpanel you never know if the reply is from an actual human. of course you cant call a customer service line because there is not a phone.

Manly body wash, shampoo, and wipes have made a huge difference to our lives. My son no longer has that teenage sweat smell and loves using Manly. As a teenager who loves the gym and sport, the body and face wipes are great for on the go. We have been using Manly priducts for well over a year now and recommend it.

Ease of ordering, and clear product information. Quick email response. Looking forward to trying the other scents also.

My son really liked the 1st body wash & deodorant I purchased & asked for more. I am a mom with really sensitive nose & can not do any of the normal boys body products. My son would really like to test all the scents. To determine what he likes beat. I would be really helpful if you had like a sample type pack so we could try them all with out over spending money on something he does not like or that really bothers me. He did ask for a more citrus so I did change so he could try a new scent. So we will see.

Only one scent available at time of purchase. I will have to check back periodically to see when other scents are back in stock. Otherwise purchasing was easy

pretty good body wash the deodorant takes the star away I liked the first deodorant in the grey tube better they orange one is a little chalky otherwise I really enjoy it.

I really really had high hopes and wanted this to work. Firstly I find it pretty over priced, but thought I would suck it up for my son. He quite liked the body wash, but the deodorant was a complete fail. He was still smelling like a teenager who hadn't bathed for a week. So i thought I would use it then... but I find it didnt work for me either. So disappointed. Won't be buying again.
