Item Order and Never Arrived

Ordered an item that claimed to be in stock, but it clearly wasn't as I then got an email to say they wouldn'd be able to deliver it on the shceduled date. Two more delivery dates were scheduled and missed. I have been waiting nearly three weeks. They stopped comminicating and are impossible to get hold of on any medium. Can't even get hold of them to cancel the order and get a refund. Terrible company. Will never use them again.

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service, they have completely washed their hands of delivery issues and now ghosting me.
I placed an order with Ventilationland , but their chosen courier (DPD) failed to deliver it to my address, unilaterally redirecting it to a town pickup shop instead with zero explanation.

When I contacted Ventilationland to rectify this, they completely refused to take responsibility, claiming they have "no visibility" and no way to instruct their own courier to complete the delivery to my door, effectively telling me to handle it myself.

I formally reminded them of their legal obligations under Section 29 of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 which clearly states that the goods remain at the retailer's risk until they come into the customer's physical possession at the agreed address. My contract is with Ventilationland, not DPD.

Instead of addressing this breach of contract or arranging a proper solution, they have now decided to completely ignore my emails. Shocking customer care and a total disregard for UK consumer law. Avoid this company.

Misleading and Unresponsive

This is the worst web companies i have ever dealt with. They list products which are supposed to be instock, which suddenly become back order once youve placed your order. I then found out that they are not infact a UK based company as the website would suggest but they are infact based in the EU. They then shipped the order in 2 parts and i have just received notification from DPD that in order for them to release the shipments they require me to pay 2x£90! Which i wont pay.
I have tried to contact this company, by phone, live chat and Whatsapp and they are totally unresponsive. DO NOT ORDER anything from them - you have been warned!

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.

After waiting several weeks for my air conditioner to be delivered , the delivery team arrived and then refused to bring the unit inside the building. I would like to make it clear that I was not asking them to carry it into my flat, only to place it inside the building entrance.

At the time, my wife and our 5-month-old baby were on the first floor, making the situation even more difficult. Despite these circumstances, the team showed no willingness to assist.

After such a long wait, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, customer care, and consideration shown has caused significant inconvenience and frustration for my family.

I expect an explanation for why the delivery was refused and for this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.

Ps. He took the air conditioner back and we still don’t have it

Look at the picture he wanted my wife with 5 months old baby to take this to first floor…

Bunch of liars...

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order worth £652.50, and the entire transaction has been a logistical nightmare.

Their delivery partner (in my case Dachser Logistics) erroneously recorded my item as "delivered" to a stranger on 3rd June. In reality, we stayed at home for the entire day and received absolutely no communication from the courier or Ventilationland. I was left hanging for two days with no idea where my expensive order was.

I contacted customer service by email (phone not pickied up) and 48h later they got back and made contradictory claims that the item had been "returned to their shop"—which is factually wrong as the item was originally shipped by Econox B.V. They completely failed to provide a specific redelivery date or time, offering only vague promises. I issued a final legal deadline for the unit to arrive within 24h. But true to form, they missed the deadline as well and have completely failed to reply to my correspondence with any meaningful and committed feedback.

I have now canceled the transaction due to a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Another 2 days and bogus reply later, they said they will ship the order back to Belgium and refund me once it's arrived back there. No refund ever arrived— it's 3 weeks later....

If you must order only do so by credit card so that you can force a refund via a Section 75 dispute with the cc issuer. Do not trust this company with your money—their logistics are chaotic, their tracking is false, and their customer communication is nonexistent.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Waited 3 times delivery time frame for them to send the cheapest part of the order disguised as the full order. Deceiving people they are uk based. Horrendous customer service experience being sent fake/not working tracking information at all stages

Order delivered incredibly quickly!

I was a bit sceptical placing the order due to some bad reviews. However, I shouldn't have worried as I recieved the order in 2 days! Very pleased as this store was one of very few who were selling the items I needed, and for a great price too!

Can't get any information or delivery…

Can't get any information or delivery date for items I have purchased.
They said the items would be despatched in 2 to 3 days but over a week now, had no reply to emails and you can't get through to anyone by phone. Reviews are pretty much saying what I'm dealing with. Have a bad feeling that this is the scam company the reviews are describing. My advice avoid this company at all cost
