Can't get any information or delivery…

Can't get any information or delivery date for items I have purchased.
They said the items would be despatched in 2 to 3 days but over a week now, had no reply to emails and you can't get through to anyone by phone. Reviews are pretty much saying what I'm dealing with. Have a bad feeling that this is the scam company the reviews are describing. My advice avoid this company at all cost

I placed two separate orders, and when the products didn’t arrive after 3 days, I contacted them via WhatsApp. They told me the items had been dispatched, and that a few were out of stock but would be sent within a day.
After another 2 days, nothing arrived. I contacted them again, and they said there had been a mix-up and that I would receive everything within 1–2 days.
Later, I contacted them from a different number asking about the same products, and this time they said the items were actually out of stock and would not be coming at all. On the same day, they also messaged me saying my parcel was “lost” and asked if I still wanted the products.
They are simply wasting people’s time. Because of them, I lost a £5,000 payment from my customer.
This is clearly organised fraud. Stay away.

To clarify what happened: of your two orders, one shipment was unfortunately deemed missing by DPD. This was formally investigated and confirmed by the carrier. In such cases, our standard procedure is to immediately offer a solution, either a replacement shipment of the missing items or a full refund, depending on the customer’s preference.

Regarding your second order, part of the items were not available from stock. As soon as it became clear that the original expected delivery date could not be met, a backorder notification was issued to inform you of the delay.
We acknowledge that the communication may not have been as clear or consistent as it should have been, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion this caused.

Both orders have since been fully refunded. While we regret that this situation led to such a negative experience, we want to emphasize that there was no intention to mislead. The issues encountered were the result of a carrier incident and stock availability challenges, not misconduct.

DO NOT USE this company. You place an order, pay for it and hear nothing. You cannot speak directly to anyone only via whatsapp or email. Been waiting three weeks for goods which were on a 3 day delivery! TERRIBLE

Terrible service, delivery takes weeks

Terrible service, cant speak with anyone, if you need anything for a project you need to order at least 4 weeks in advance. The delivery does not take 2-3 working days as advertised on the website. They don’t have any products in stock. You need to pay your own return, then wait weeks for a refund. Imagine how claiming a warranty works!!! I do not recommend this company.

Delivery takes ages, terrible customer service - avoid at all costs

Placed an order for some essential ventilation components on 17th March, with delivery scheduled for the 23rd - great all seemed to be going smoothly. Booked the job for just after to allow for time for things to arrive.

The 23rd came and went, nothing arrived. Called ventilationland numerous times, all options on their phone number don't go anywhere. You cannot speak with a human. A single t piece was subsequently delivered from a large order. I contacted ventilationland to explain the situation numerous times. Including when I got the shipping notification saying the order weighed less than 1kg. They assured me the whole order has been sent.

Another invoice was sent with a delivery date of 30/03/26. This day came and went with no sign of delivery. Customer service again was not contactable by phone. They stole my money and have not yet returned it, then have cost me loads in labour costs due to the wrong delivery dates. Avoid at all costs.

Great aftersales support. Would use again.

On the plus side, Ventilationland provided excellent aftersales support when I had problems with linking the sensor to my ventilation unit. Unfortunately this clarified that the item was not compatible with the older revision of my particular model, which was not their fault. The online return process initially seemed fine, but there was then a delay and poor communication about organising and processing the refund, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. However it was all sorted in the end and I would use Ventilationland again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They lie about delivery times on their website. Only after misrepresenting the delivery lead time and taking payment do they "update" the delivery which is over double the time. No customer service to speak to, only a useless WhatsApp chat with empty promises. Have raised a complaint with trading standards

Appaling customer service.

Ordered 24th Jan.
Item got delayed (not their fault).
Aftwr 3 messages, they finally got back to me and I was Advised by their staff to decline the order to have it returned to save on postage returns.
I emailed them asking when we will receive a refund on 23rd Feb.
They apologised and said they hadn't received the package back but assured me a refund by the end of the week regardless.
5th March, and I still haven't received my refund.
Raised a dispute with PayPal as they're clearly not sorting this from their end.

Very bad

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ventilation Land. It has now been 25 days since I placed my order and I still have not received it.
There has been no clear communication, no proper updates, and customer service has been very poor. Every time I tried to get an update, the responses were slow, unhelpful, or dismissive. It feels like they do not respect their customers’ time or money.
When you are running projects and relying on materials to arrive on schedule, delays like this are unacceptable. Professionalism and communication are just as important as the product itself — and unfortunately, both are lacking here.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
