Have had a MVHR go faulty and cant get thru to anybody on the contact number which ever option you choose aways tells you to speak to them by whats app.

Tried this also and just over 1 hour and still waiting for a reply very poor customer service indeed.

Amazing service from Ventilationland, quick delivery, really well packaged and after i missed a part to make this work with ubbink ventub 110mm roof vent, they sent out the reducer to make it all work in a water tight manner (la gratis ) also they have all the necessary knowledge Great Company

This purchase was a first for the builder working on our kitchen/diner refurbishment. He is so impressed with the result that he intends to use this as an option for future jobs he does.
Managed to get the item I wanted delivered in a few days.
The only negative, was that I felt that the shipping costs were a little excessive for what was a relatively small item :(
We are very pleased with the final results after the vent has been fully installed and now decorated.

This company hides behind emails and won't talk to you, so i cannot recommend them. I ordered a product mistakenly and tried to cancel within the hour and their chat line refused, as they said it was being processed, and you can't speak to them on the phone at all. The phone line just puts you back to the web - no customer service at all - suggest you don't deal with them

Purchased an extractor fan, which unfortunately, took longer than expected to get fitted. Upon having it fitted, the timer didn't work, so the fan always went off with the light. Despite several emails to 'Customer' service, I did not receive a response.
After leaving a 1 star review here on Trustpilot, I received a message from a very helpful representative, who gave me a different email address to use.
I am now awaiting a replacement fan to be dispatched to me under warranty.
I have therefore upped my star rating and changed the title of the review.
All I would say, you may not receive a response if you use the contact email at the bottom of their website. Hopefully they will update it, if it is not in use.
