Check stock before placing order!
I checked to ensure they had stock of the item before placing the order. They confirmed they had the unit in stock so I completed the order and paid.
Within hours I had an email saying they had no stock and I would have to wait several months.
I immediately asked them to cancel my order (which they did) however I'm still waiting for a refund.

Quality Reliable Service
Very competitively priced including delivery charges for the longer items. Items arrived very well packaged and when they were scheduled to. I would have no hesitation to use Ventilationland in the future or recommend to anyone. Many thanks again.

Product is excellent. DPD were their usual mess though - delivering to a local supermarket without telling me or even leaving a card. I nearly missed the opportunity to collect but Ventilationland forwarded me the QR code.

Very poor
Very poor. Ordered two pipe silencers for two valves. The system only added one to my order resulting in me having to order again to pay £10 to ship an £8 item. Customer service refuse to help. Avoid.
