Everything was perfect!
We were so lucky on our first attempt to fly that the weather and conditions were perfect. That led to an unforgettable experience, but I have to mention the pilot Robert and his crew, particularly his son Lucas. They couldn't have done enough for us and were so experienced, Robert doing over 5,000 flights. We felt we were in safe hands and learnt so much from him during the flight.

Wonderful and serene
An excellent experience! The crew were both friendly and informative. Sarah our pilot was brilliant. She explained everything well, answering questions and giving great explanations as we went along. The location and flight were easy to get to and directions/instructions easy to follow. Although the landing was a bit bumpy, Sarah managed expertly. Helping to put the balloon away added to the fun of the experience.

Great being in the air albeit shorter than I thought. 90 minutes wait to be picked up was a bit disappointing.

Absolutely brilliant experience
Absolutely brilliant experience! The flight was fantastic, the weather couldn't have behaved better, the crew were incredibly friendly and professional, and even my fellow passengers were remarkably calm — which is quite reassuring when you're all hanging from a large balloon several thousand feet above the ground. Somehow, everything came together perfectly today. Beautiful views, great atmosphere and a very memorable morning. Would happily do it again — although next time I might check where the wind intends to take us first!

Being up there in the air was a feeling I won't forget. Bit of a struggle getting in the basket and landing bumpy. But an experience I'll never forget. Robert and his accomplices were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Thanks Robert.
