Being up there in the air was a feeling I won't forget. Bit of a struggle getting in the basket and landing bumpy. But an experience I'll never forget. Robert and his accomplices were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Thanks Robert.

It’s hard to say this but a bit disappointed
It’s hard to put this as that, cause it could have been an amazing experience.. but spending over £400 for 2 tickets, and then on the actual day we could fly people dropping off people were offered tickets for £70 hop in now.
We were meant to fly from Alton and see Winchester New Forest etc., but went from Dunsford, which wasn’t that exciting. it was a special 60th birthday treat . But we were packed into the basket like sardines, and being the smallest I couldn’t see much cause I couldn’t move much. So it’s hard to say what this was …
The pilot was very informative and knew his stuff , but feel I would have rather waited for an Alton one and with less people in the bucket so you could move around and see things .,

We’re sorry your 60th Birthday Flight didn’t feel as special as it should have. You were looking forward to flying from Alton, so we understand why the views from Dunsfold were disappointing. We’re also sorry you felt too crowded in the basket to enjoy the views properly.
The £70 price that may have been offered at the last minute by the pilot would have been purely to fill spaces that would otherwise have been left empty. We understand that would have felt frustrating after paying over £400 for your two vouchers and we want to reassure you that this doesn't reflect the true value of the experience.
We’re glad the pilot was informative, but we appreciate that the flight fell short of what you’d hoped for and didn't meet your expectations and for this we sincerely apologise.
We appreciate the honest feedback and assure you that this will be passed on to the pilot and the relevant team here at VBF HQ.

Prosecco ending was a lovely surprise. Sarah, Chris and Alistair, lovely warm people. As was the whole group of similar age but everyone got stuck in with preparation and putting balloon away. What a 5 star experience.

Virgin Balloon Flights are The Best!!
Yesterday afternoon we took a Virgin Balloon Flight from Huntingdon Racecourse and it was Brilliant!
Peter, the Pilot, Luke and Steve made the whole experience unforgettable. I expected to enjoy the flight but to be involved with setting up the balloon and then packing it away at the end was really enjoyable. Peter was excellent with the Health & Safety aspects of the flight, making us all aware of what we should do and when. The Ground Support Team were terrific and the photos and videos are really good. I highly recommend this Virgin Balloon Flight Experience.

lovely flight but was very surprised at the level you had to help to get the balloon ready as the majority of passengers were in advancing years.
gloves should have been given to the ones holding the ropes during blow up of the balloon

We’re glad you enjoyed the flight, but we’re sorry the preparation caught you by surprise. We do explain on our website what’s involved in the experience, including helping the crew with the balloon, though we understand it can feel like more work than expected when you’re there.
We also appreciate your point about gloves for passengers holding the ropes and will pass that feedback to the team. The flight should leave you with lovely memories, not sore hands! ;)

Fabulous experience
Excellent staff, on time, magical experience, friendly group. Sarah was informative and friendly, no question was a silly question. The presseco and orange juice was greatly received after packing up the balloon. Would do it again 🙂

First time for us on the Virgin hot air…
First time for us on the Virgin hot air balloon at Evesham location. It was interesting to see how the balloon is blown up. You just imagine everything ready and you get on the balloon. We didn't realise lot of work goes into this.
We had a lovely time in the air, Russell Collins was very informative and kept the group amused. Think everyone should have this experience once in their lifetime.
