I'm very disappointed
I'm very disappointed
I pay for my roaming and when I land abroad I don't have service. It's happened 4 times this year, I try online to fix the issue😞 I tried on the store 😞 nothing happened.
I pay 75£ monthly and when I need my service ON , is not working.

Are you making sure to restart your phone when you arrive at your destination? If you've had it on flight-mode and then arrive in a different location, sometimes it won't fully connect until you switch your phone off and on.

Popped into Vodafone to see if I could…
Popped into Vodafone to see if I could get a better deal than O2. Derry was great and was able to switch me over to a Vodafone plan that saved me £20 a month and gave me unlimited data, calls and texts. All in all in took about 15 mins and was incredibly easy to do.

New Broadband Set up
Went in to get new WiFi. Spoke to Ana who didn’t really listen to what I was saying. Went in to enquire about the essentials broadband. But was made to go for the higher package. I was also told when the order was being completed that I didn’t need an engineers visit. Which I insisted that I did but was just blanked off. Still waiting to this day to get it set up. Thinking of leaving if not sorted soon. 03/03/25
