Popped into the vodafone store in basingstoke today and was greeted by the lovely lauren. Very helpful with my query and leaving with a new phone and as a happy customer

First Class Service
Greeted by, I believe the manager, with a positive welcome. Explained what the visit to the store was for and he showed both my husband and I to the assistant named Dara.
Dara was a very cheerful, positive, polite and knowledgeable young man. He listened to what was required and found a phone and updated a contract for my husband.
He took the time to explain things in detail and answered any questions we asked with confidence.
Very happy with the service in the Basingstoke Vodafone Store today.
