Lots of upgrades & a new phone!
There was no queue when we arrived. James greeted us & we explained that we wanted to have a look at all our accounts to see if we were getting the best deals. He then spent nearly an hour finding the best deals on all 4 plans, as well as finding a perfect new phone for my daughter. Then went on to get us a great broadband deal. Very efficient & polite. Thank you so much
