I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Vodafone in Brentwood. The value for money is fantastic — great plans, reliable coverage, and clear explanations of what I’m getting for my money. Everything feels transparent and tailored to my needs.
A special shoutout to Alfie, whose customer service skills are absolutely top-notch. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my options, found the best deal for me, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to Vodafone in the Brentwood Branch where I was assisted by a gentleman named Michael. From the moment I entered the store, Michael provided an excellent level of customer service. He greeted me warmly, listened attentively to my needs, and showed genuine patience while guiding me through my options ultimately providing me with the best option for a sim only plan.
Michael took the time to clearly explain the products and services of the sim only, making sure that I understood everything without feeling rushed or pressured. His professionalism, knowledge, and approachable manner made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store satisfied and confident with my purchase of my new sim only contract.
It is not often that you come across staff who truly make you feel valued as a customer, but Michael certainly did. I would like to commend him for his outstanding service. Thanks Michael!

Chloe has been amazing through the process of renewing my contract. I am a customer who has mobility and limb differences. She made sure I was able to handle the phone and helped me with setting up the notification sounds , so I am able to differentiate the diffent apps.
