Jade was welcoming, offering everyone to take a seat on arrival. She made supreme efforts to arrange the use of mobile to better use especially using it abroad . She’s the reason I stayed with vodaphone. Happy with my new package !

Great service as always
I called in as it was time for an upgrade and spoke to Jade who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Various options and offers which they currently had were explained to me in detail.
With the help of Jade I choose a new handset and am now good to go. The whole process was seamless.

Fantastic service 5⭐️
Myself and partner had a great experience upgrading both our mobiles this afternoon in store at Carlisle, Jonny was very helpful and made it a hassle free service, we also had our 7 year old daughter with us he and the other two staff members were great and made a effort to chat to her and ourselves, fantastic store and fantastic staff Thankyou very much again!
