Brilliant service in Dorking from Junior
Junior was not only friendly but really helpful and efficient. I’m a little nervous of technology but he explained everything brilliantly and patiently. It’s really good to know that if I have any questions about either my phone or Vodafone contract in the future, Junior will be there to offer assistance. I couldn’t be happier.

Replacing a faulty phone
We needed to replace a faulty phone and this involved transferring data to two different phones, one of them a new one. It proved to be a difficult and time consuming process. Eric was so helpful and competent in completing the task. We highly recommend him and his colleagues in the Dorking branch.

Junior was extremely helpful.

Tremendous Service and Commitment
Came into the shop around 16.45 with a problem with my phone and the intention to change it anyway. Dealt with the store manager who was magnificent in his knowledge of the best deal to sort out my requirements. My old phone was at least 5 years old and giving a load of problems but he overcame all the issues in order to transfer the data to the new phone which took over 2 hours to complete which meant we were in the store until 19.15. He was very thorough in his methods to overcome the problems with the old unit and allowing me to leave the store with a fully functional new phone. Excellent customer service and care, could not recommend more highly, very refreshing in today's world.
