Ed had a fountain of knowledge and was thorough with explanations in terms of airtime and the plan. Set expectations and covered all options. Friendly and approchable from the off set.

The staff member was extremely helpful…

The staff member was extremely helpful and polite. Needed 2 sims for family. Showed me the best options, once selected, completed the work in no time.

Leah was very helpful

Leah was very helpful, courteous and respectful. I needed questions answered and a US phone transfered to UK number. It was quick and easy. So glad I stopped in.

Helpful and friendly service from Leah

Leah provided us with excellent service today. She was very helpful and friendly, and helped us find the service that was right for each of us. She answered all our questions and had us sorted in a timely manor.
