Using my phone abroad
Courtney was very helpful and was understanding to my previous problems about using my phone abroad. She looked into what might have happened and solved my problem and I now have a new plan for no extra money and peace of mind that my phone will work on holiday.

Very good service
Ive been with Vodafone nearly 30 years or so. Harry who was the young lad that helped me today was very pleasant and helpful especially when explaining the plans and helped to choose the broadband speeds especially explaining the difference and benefits of each speed. Along with looking for a good deal to upgrade one of the sim numbers on my account. Throughout the experience he was polite and cheerful all through the experience.
