Very competent and helpful member of the Vodafone team (Harry). Assisted me with a log in issue, then went on to advise on a new sim deal for my mobile phone. A very competitive offer to move my contract from my current provider in a seamless manner.

Using my phone abroad
Courtney was very helpful and was understanding to my previous problems about using my phone abroad. She looked into what might have happened and solved my problem and I now have a new plan for no extra money and peace of mind that my phone will work on holiday.
