Great Experience
Had a really good experience at the Vodafone store in Swansea. Scott was brilliant and took the time to actually understand what I needed instead of just trying to sell me something. He helped me find the right device and tariff for me and explained everything really well.

I liked the friendly welcome. Jacob was very helpful and understood the needs of a pensioner. When I changed my mind about purchasing a phone, there were no dramatics, just helpful advice. I would recommend visiting this store.

Went into the Swansea Vodafone store with my mum who is a dinosaur when it comes to tech. We spoke to Ryan who really took the time to help my mum. He wasn't pushy, explained everything in a way that she understood and together they found the perfect upgrade for her. It's nice when you find someone and somewhere where you don't think they are selling you something for the sake of it but are selling you it because they care.

Jacob was excellent
Jacob was excellent, talked us through all the options and guided us through all the steps to have everything set up. Moving 2 contracts over took a while which is a Vodafone issue not his fault!
