Excellent Customer Service
I had to go to the store in Tonbridge to sort out a number of items on my account, and I had prepared myself for it to be a lengthy session. I was greeted at the door by Louise, who was extremely polite. I explained what I needed to do which involved calling another specialist department which, had I been a millennial, I would have done online. Louise answered all my questions, then put me through to the other department which took a long time, as expected. Throughout the time I was on the call, when I was clearly just waiting, Louise made a point of having a conversation with me so that I didn’t get the chance to get bored by the long wait. Five stars to Vodafone for having someone who clearly understands what good customer service is all about. If I am being completely honest, I could not say if Ian getting good value for money, Ihave never compared the prices, and Vodafone have always given me good enough service to prevent me from bothering to look elsewhere which is why I have been with them for 24 years. Thank you Louise.

I was served by Louise from the Tonbridge store. She was so efficient and friendly. She got me a great deal, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout the whole interaction. Great service, I will now always opt for in store interactions with vodafone

Jordan was very helpful and managed to instantly detect a problem in settings. I had been talking to a customer service advisor from 3 network who wasn’t able to help and said for me to go into the Voda phone shop. Jordan recommended that I switch to voda phone as I always got charged an extortionate amount when going to Turkey. I am very happy with my contract. He has been amazing.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional and outstanding customer service from Jordan and Dan at Tonbridge branch yesterday. Nothing was too much trouble and they applied their knowledge and expertise to answer our questions. My husband bought a new phone which was recommended by Dan after ascertaining usage and what my husband wants from a smart phone.
We watched them apply their knowledge and the same courtesy to other customers. We were particularly impressed with their kind approach to elderly customers, some of whom were struggling with the technology.we thoroughly recommend these employees.
