Been with Vodafone for the 24 month…
Been with Vodafone for the 24 month contract, no major issues, except was promised good signal in every room, and this never happened, asked for more boosters, was told no. Anyway moved to another supplier, I collected all the used equipment, routers hubs , boosters etc and asked my partner to return them to vodafone shop in weston super mare Somerset. She did this morning . The vodafone operative in the store was extremely nasty and aggressive, she felt like she was a criminal. Came home in tears. What a terrible experience. Why did she have to endure this ?
