I have bad Internet connection
I have the worst Internet connection ever ! Awful service for 45 per month.
Every April I got higher bill so not recommend this Company.
I need to use somebody's Hotspot to use Internet!!
In two months I am leaving to SMARTY. it's cheap and good service.

Excellent service
Went into the Vodafone shop this morning and asked for help with some queries I had. Jake dealt with my problems very quickly, he has a very good manner, and has patience for us oldies, he was exactly the same when I bought my last phone. Recommend Jake, and the staff for their help.

Apple Watch resolution
I came into store to sort out the really bad experience I had online when trying to order an Apple Watch.
Jason appreciated I was very short on time, due to being at work and worked swiftly and calmly to resolve my issues and we managed to get my order processed.
Super happy in the end and got it all sorted with the help from the colleague in store. Thanks Jason
