Returning customer
Ive been a Vodafone customer for many years and was looking for a phone upgrade, I popped into Vodafone @ worthing and dealt with Finley, He was very knowledgeable and super helpful, making the whole experience very easy, I'm very pleased with my new phone. Ive returned today to get my sim upgraded, also dealing with Finley again, done and dusted in minutes and still retaining my number, many thanks Finley

Finley, what a legend. Saved me a fortune and answered every question I had in the Worthing store. If this man is not a store manager, he should be. Was full of knowledge and polite with customer services that are some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Worthy of 6 stars.

Worthing town shop
Went into the Worthing town shop today and Aiden has restored my faith in customer service. As a customer of over 20 years and getting beyond frustrated when I phone this company, I left the shop happy and still a customer. If only everyone on their phone lines were as helpful.

Why would you go anywhere else
Just a quick note to share what was a fantastic experience we had at Vodafone Worthing yesterday. We went into the shop to upgrade my wife's old Apple mobile and left with IPhone 15. The lady who served us, Mya, answered all our questions, was knowledgeable and a credit to the company. Will definitely go back should the need arise. Highly recommend.

My purchase with sales girl MYA
We were greeted bye MYA who went out of her way to help my daughter choose which phone she wanted it didn't take very long to complete her purchase .

Popped in to get a new phone after breaking my old one.
I was served by Megan who was great from start to finish.
She knew her stuff and left me to choose a deal without the usual pushiness of some sales people!
