Great customer service
Ben was excellent. He understood what I wanted and found me the best deal for a new contract. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I have notice while in the shop how the staff is so pleasant and helpful to the customers and very patient, too.
Ben and his team are definitely a great asset to Vodafkne and hope to visit them at the shop in Worthing very soon. Thank you to Ben and his team

Excellent service
Lana at the Worthing Store is excellent. Changing up my mums iPad for something better suited was easy and actually an enjoyable experience with much laughter.
Lana also found a way better deal on her current broadband - so this was thrown in for good measure. 5 stars

14 Montague Street, Worthing, Vodafone Store: An elderly gentleman visited the store to replace his SIM card due to poor eyesight at 89. Despite the replacement, his phone continued to display "insert SIM" for a week. Advised to contact Talk Mobile, he visited the store three times, receiving the same unhelpful response from Vodafone staff. Today, the cleaner discovered the SIM was inserted upside down, fixing the issue and restoring functionality to the phone.

Upgrades and new devices
Over the past couple of weeks Megan has been incredibly helpful setting my Dad up with a new plan and myself with a new iPhone 15 and an iPad that has been in desperate need of an update.
