Just visited Worthing branch in Montague Street and wss served by Megan. I am so pleased and grateful for her kind attention and help as I was having difficulty operating my new Tablet
Logging in on different apps etc. And she sorted everything as well as offering other services.

If I could rate 0 I would!
Miss sold a phone. Ordered on the basis of click and collect next day, only after you complete the contract do you get an email to say it could take up to two weeks. Rang store to see if it was in stock prior to driving 40 mins to the store, to be told yes it is ready for collection. Arrive at store to be told it’s out of stock they sold it this morning. I had to cancel the contract, as I can not wait for 2 weeks. And I am now without a phone as vodaphone can not set up a new contract for up to 48hrs.

Great experience with a friendly team
I went in because the My Vodafone app reported a fault with my battery. Lana advised me to try the tool again as sometimes it gets it wrong and the battery replacement would involve sending the phone away so they wanted to avoid doing this unless necessary. The tool reported no issues this time so I had a wasted trip. However, she took a look at my account and was able to reduce my bill by £10 a month so was a worthwhile trip

Luke is the GOAT
Luke served us today. He seemed very interested in making sure we have the maximum we could get which we found impressive. It’s always good to leave a store happy! Our IPhone 14 is super cool- just need to work out how to stop my daughter stealing it! Luke suggested getting her one but she’s only 5 hahaha
