Jake and Rachel are the most welcoming staff in this store, I came in just browsing around at the newest phones and they answered every question I had about the devices I was looking at, even though they knew I wasn't actively buying they didn't treat me any different from a paying customer. Will buy from them in the future

The staff at this Manchster branch were wonderful so so helpful and professional. Nothing was any trouble at all. I thoroughly recommend this branch for its excellent service. The advisor Racheal was our helpful assistant who expertly guided me whist I was renewing my three phone accounts together with my son.

I recently visited the Vodafone UK store in Wythenshawe and was impressed with the service. The staff, including Jake and Jen, were patient, friendly, and highly knowledgeable.
