We went there as we were in the area , very expensive to enter The castle £60 for 2 and parking £ 7 _50 cheaper if you book on line disgusting I would not recommend going for this price.
The falconry was fantastic never seen one as skilled as that. The jousting was another brilliant show with the finale of the display riders was something else. Down side of visit was told to use app o... Ver más

Booked a last minute one night stay in…
Booked a last minute one night stay in a knights lodge. 3 adults one baby .
Fantastic day in the grounds . Knights lodge not worth the price tag.
Dangerous wires hanging from wall mounted tv , no travel cot , very noisy sofa bed that woke everyone up, broken remote, lights out, not enough tea and coffee supplied, no plug for kettle , unless low level, damaged bannister rail, broken stair gate, to name a few. I did send photos and a complaint but did not receive a reply . I have since emailed to chase a response to the complaint . We booked the evening ‘ banquet’ but sadly not that good… not really a banquet… fish fingers that had gone hard under the lights, chicken nuggets, turkey dinner , curry, beef stew… selection of desserts … not as good as expected plus no air con!! Absolutely roasted! Too hot in the restaurant to enjoy eating .
Thought it was a themed restaurant but not up too much .
Staff nice enough to but not in character unfortunately.
Would recommend the castle itself , great day out !! Avoid paying the big price tag to stay !
UPDATE … after persevering with this complaint , I have received a call this PM from a Gentleman called Mike from Warwick Castle . He very politely listened to the issues and took the time to discuss them individually.
We came to a agreement regarding a goodwill gesture for the disappointment.
I feel reassured that the issues will be sorted within the Lodge so other guest’s don’t have the same problems .
Thank you Mike for your time ! Credit to Warwick Castle !
Avoid the Knights Village
We recently had a wonderful day out with our grandson at Warwick Castle and as a special treat we booked to stay overnight in the knight’s village. on arrival the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and we made our way to our lodge. considering it was supposed to house seven guests it was a little compact, on top of this there were a number of issues, a stair gate was coming away from the wall and whenever it was opened came off it’s hinges, a kettle placed on a sideboard with no accessible plug and had to be plugged in on a low window sill at child height. Televisions mounted on the wall had wires hanging down again at child height a remote control with no back exposing the batteries a sofa bed who’s springs were so noisy that every one woke up when someone rolled over. Bunk beds that were apparently not suitable for adults forcing you to book the more expensive lodge if you had three adults in your party yet had signs saying maximum weight 18 stone per bunk. Broken wood on banister rail and multiple bulbs out. As we were only staying one night we did not complain to the staff on duty who were lovely and the entertainment was excellent for the children. We did however email merlin customer services on our return home, but alas fair lords and ladies have had absolutely no response. I would highly recommend the castle itself but would avoid the knights village especially during the summer when the prices are extortionate and probably aimed at the American market.
Old people with dogs.
I am an old lady with a little well behaved companion dog travelling alone. I walked to the castle to save on outrageous parking costs but they wouldn't even let me into the grounds with my dog just to get even a glimpse of the castle. (It was too hot to leave her in the car. ) I had expected not to be allowed in the castle. They said they had horses, and peacocks, but this would only be for jousting times and peacocks are fearless!
There are thousands of single older people with dogs who are effectively banned from large sections of public and historical places. This is extremely unfair.
Well worth it
1st time going. Got a deal £20 adult plus free toddler x2 for myself, partner and 2 children under 5. Good parking, 5 mins from entrance (£6 all day). Zog activities, play area, maze all well set out, meet and greet with Zog which the girls loved. Falconry show was superb, so many beautiful birds. Zog live show was fabulous too, great fun, and all set around the fabulous castle itself. Thoroughly enjoyed our day, thankyou all at Warwick Castle.
Excellent day out with the family
More theme park than historical monument - going to waste!
What a truely disappointing experience, went for a historical day out and found nothing but commercialism, history was an after thought it was more theme park than historical monument, deffo not worth the £32 entry (and 6quid parking!) and goodness knows what they are doing with the money as it certainly wasn't to up keep the artifacts and buildings ....very very disappointing

These prices are disgusting as it was my ancestors who built the place..I have 4 kids who would love to learn about english history but unable to take them due to the astronomical cost..6 a 29 + 8 plus drinks etc over £200.plus travel..austerity is for the rich..just like the castle..tourist trap tourist prices, shameful.

Events team at the castle
Events team at the castle a blooming brilliant. Had our wedding reception here at Christmas. No additional decorations needed at all with their gorgeous Christmas displays and such a fun evening. Thanks everyone! Lucy and Owen
Stay Well Clear
Stay well clear of warwick Castle. Went last weekend for the very first time. The staff can't see what thier customers look like because they have £signs in their eyes. This Castle breeds on greed.!!!!!!! Unbelievable. If you go. For God sake. Take a big flask and a decent size picnic. Fair enough they have to make money, but really!!! Doesn't need to be that expensive. And they charge for things I believe should be included in the ticket. £10 for car park. Again really.!!! Why not £4:50 for the day. Its not like you haven't got customers coming there. I for one will not be returning, get more for your money at other attractions

We went for blue light service days which was good value for money as not everything open. Toom my son in wheelchair and paths very easy to get around, and he could get into Castle and Princess Tower. But obviously can't use all facilities or activities which should be reflected in normal prices. The bird show was good there was the top of the path where we could put the wheelchair, unfortunately everyone can use this area and that means people stand in front of you when in a wheelchair it means Restricting your view.
Lots of fun for kids and adults
Lots of fun for kids and adults. Trebuchet is incredible. Wel worth a watch
Worst experience ever in my lifetime
Cold food and poor accommodation
update 13/01/2022. Warwick Castle now just ignoring my emails about the concerns. Very Very Poor.
I booked the Christmas 2 day break with overnight stay in a knights lodge. There are few things to mention that spoiled the trip which was an early present for my 3 year old granddaughter.
The car park is a very long way from the Castle about 20 to 30 minutes walk with no transport being provided. This meant a lot of walking, in all on the first day I walked over 10 miles both to and from the castle and around it. The walk from the car park to the lodge took about 10 minutes with cases and other luggage and had to make 2 trips. Again there is no transport from the car park to the lodges and no way to park the car closer to unload and then return it to the car park.
The main issue however which really spoiled the trip was when we went for the evening meal in the Knights Village Restaurant. The food was cold, the vegetables were overcooked even the gravy was cold. Not one item of food was hot. I went to get some cold drinks and had to step over adults and children sitting on the floor around the drinks machine watching the children's entertainment. This is obviously highly dangerous as I could have tripped spilled drinks on people or even fallen on them. I then found after doing the assault course that the drinks were flat. We left and had to go out of the site to find something to eat elsewhere.
The accommodation wasn't that clean and really wasn't suitable for being able to have 3 adults and 1 child never mind the advertised capacity of 6. There was one 3 seater sofa which had different height cushions on it that meant only 2 people could sit on it.
After raising a complaint I was told the food was the correct temperature which it wasn't and basically called a liar.
Wouldn't recommend this stay at all. Very Very disappointed.
Whilst the Castle and history is…
Whilst the Castle and history is attractive the type of language used by attraction staff is not acceptable especially in the dungeon experience in front of children. The cafe beneath the castle was under equipped and staff were obviously not interested. Stop employing such young staff. The only place where we were made welcome was the other cafe.Although staff were young much better managed and organised. Plus fully prepared for a busy day.

Overall good but rather expensive and everything is extra. Looking a little down at heel, I guess that could be a bit to do with covid but still worth the visit. Please sign post the toilets!!
Great day out let down by one thing...
I went to Warwick Castle yesterday and I really enjoyed it. For me though, the only thing that lets this place down is that the inside the of the castle is done up like a stately home that some posh upper class family once lived in and I feel that this massively ruins the experience. I wanted to see a Norman fortress, knights, castles, Kings and all that - not some place where toffs and aristocrats used to have tea parties. This is where I completely lost interest and from what others were saying, I'm not alone in thinking that. The dungeon was a great feature with live actors to enhance the experience. The Falconer's Quest show was amazing, full credit must go to your team of falconers as they were superb, I even went back in the afternoon to see the show again because I was that impressed.
All in all it was a great day out but honestly I'd scrap the upper class stately home aspect as it's really underwhelming. Take it back to the medieval times because that's really what draws everyone in and thats what we all turn up hoping to see. If you did that it really would be an amazing attraction.
Very disappointed was there bank…
Very disappointed was there bank holiday Monday £26 each only to find an extra £10 each to see the dungeon what a ripp off pay for entry to a castle and the dungeon are extra should be included in the price for £26 extremely disappointing experience
