I did not receive a shipping notification for my order and it took a couple of emails to get a tracking number. I was also not informed that the watch would be shipped as absolutely requiring a signature on delivery. I signed a waiver with shipping company, so they always leave the package regardless, but this one actually required a person to be present or they would not deliver. I wish I would have known this beforehand because it was a huge pain to coordinate the delivery.

Product arrived as described. Arrive quicker than expected, especially during the holiday season. Great job!

Payment was processed quickly and my watch shipped very quickly. I received a brand new, beautiful watch, which was just as described on the website. I had been looking for this watch since before Christmas and it was sold out EVERYWHERE! Luckily, I found it at The WatchCo.com -- and for less than the other competitors. I have already registered my watch with the manufacturer for the warranty and I get compliments from lots of people every time I wear my watch. Great experience!

Great customer service. I needed to exchange the watch I bought for another because of a scratch, but WatchCo was helpful and credited me for the cost to ship it back.

I waited a couple months for the new watch to arrive, only to find out that they were having issues with the distributor. I was quite unhappy with this, but in the end I was given a refund, plus some extra credit from WatchCo. They even offered to send me a free watch to make it up to me due to the inconvenience.

Overall, despite the issues I had, they made things right and I am now satisfied.

Got what I wanted quickly and at a reasonable price

I had not heard of WatchCo.com before so I was a little nervous ordering from them. However, the overall experience was good. My order was received within 4-5 business days and the product met my expectations. I only wish that the company had provided the name of the carrier and a tracking number for my package so that I could track it. On the plus side, when I called the company to check on the status, the customer service person was very nice and helpful. I'd recommend WatchCo.com to others.

Ordered a watch online where my address and phone number are added.
Shipping and billing address is the same. The watch is sent to a totally different country then the address supplied and when I inquire I'm told in an email that the tracking says it was delivered on December 23rd oh it was delivered alright to Australia NOT Canada as my billing and shipping address said.

How do you mess up two totally different country's. It was a Christmas gift and they processed the visa money what kind of company is this?

This is a company that a whole lot of other people really need to take a look at and see how it!s done, it!s done right here!

My ordered product was correctly transeported and the service was very well. Cost of product and cost of postage are clear and acceptable,and product reached in a reasonable time. But only one point about product is not good.
Cutting is not good at the only one point. It's at the end of the watch band and a small hole shape cutting to set the metal fixtures. A fray is observed at the cutting point on the cloth of belt band.

I would have given you 5 starts because the shipping was very fast. I ordered a watch and a pair of sunglasses. My watch came in two days but my sunglasses weren't in the box. I called the company and no body answered. I hope they send them to me or else I want a refund.

Order went well, but just after I got notification from you that my order was received, I had a major fraud alert from my Bank in Australia saying my credit card had been compromised....any explanation?? Did all go through OK? I allowed your use of my card.....one thing.....was a bit taken aback to realise that the prices you quoted me on my order were in American Dollars.....it increased my purchase by nearly $50AUS.once it was converted. I would prefer if it stated that all prices on line to Australia are actually American Dollars.

I ordered a watch and paid for 2 day shipping and it was never shipped. They created a label but never have it to fedex. Spent almost a week trying to get information but not successful. They customer service people are very nice. I was told the cost of 2 day shipping would be refunded but still nothing after almost a week.

Ordering was smooth and free 2-day shipping was helpful.

I pocket watch is exactly the watch I am looking for but the WatchCo.com ad did not confirm that the watch comes with the Mondaine watch chain and red leather case. The WatchCo.com price is cheaper than buying direst from the manufacturer but I hope that this will include the usual chain and case.

Order placed 12/4 I was just told it would not arrive for 2-3 weeks after Christmas. This was not explained at time of order
