Very disappointed with the level of expertise. Service on my Omega Seamaster carried out. However prior to the service it was losing time, -4secs per day. After service it was gaining +12 secs a day. I returned it and when I received it back it was still gaining +10secs a day. According to Omega the tolerances are -1/+6seconds, with a target of +3 seconds. Two attempts and not even close. Would not recommend

Appalling experience, a few years ago I entrusted my 18k Gold Automatic Tissot watch to them for a service.

After collecting my watch all seemed well, however there seemed to be something a bit strange about the glass, in fact it didn't feel like glass, more like plastic. The difference between glass and plastic against teeth is a good test. I was convinced that the glass had been replaced so I revisited the shop to ask if they had replaced my sapphire glass with a plastic one. Initially they denied it, but eventually the 'craftsman' confessed to breaking it during the service. They did replace the glass, however I am not sure if it is a sapphire glass like the original. I understand accidents happen, however they knowingly tried to pass off an inferior glass (plastic) and had no intention of coming clean. Therefore in my opinion, not a company to trust with a heirlooms or items of value.

After contacting a number of different companies to have my watch fixed and serviced i tried Watch Doctors and i was super impressed , i posted my watch to them and when they received it they sent me a photo detailing any damage. they kept in touch every step of the way and the watch was serviced and repaired in the time frame they gave.The cost was very reasonable compared to other companies who wanted over £450 . Overall i would definitely recommend them and i will be using them again in the future . Thanks Watch Doctors : )
