from customer service at The Westminster Collection. The customer service agent was very helpful and dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently. She was also very polite and friendly. A great improvement on automated messages.

I bought an annual set agreed a payment…
I bought an annual set and agreed a payment of £20 per month and have paid every month. Despite that this morning they have sent a very strong letter abt debt collection and added a £30 admin despite an agreement to pay monthly . Years I have bought from them and this is how they treat loyal customers and you have to wait a considerable lenght of tine to talk to them because of high volume apparently

I phoned up to place an order and spoke to a pleasant person from customer services, after reading through my order i was asked if i would like to consider buying a coin which would suit my collection of coins because of the subject was the same. So i listened to all of the information about the coin and decided to except the offer and placed my order for this new coin. I'm very happy and look forward to receiving this new coin when it's ready to be released. Thank you very much.

Absolute SCAM BEWARE
EDIT: They tried to report my review to hide the truth, but their report failed because claiming defamation is a clear false accusation especially when a trail of evidence exists against them, that is why they responded so nicely to my review :D .... BEWARE especially when it comes to vulnerable individuals as they're the prey...
Absolute scam, BEWARE AND NEVER COMMIT!
I purchased a £2 Coin only to find myself stuck in a £28.98 subscription.
What is worse is that they charge your card, steal your money, and ship you a product all without your consent. They do not give notice; they help themselves to your money instead.
I luckily blocked all their payments so done with them.

Misleading subscription and unexpected £28 charge
Very disappointing experience. I placed an order for a coin and paid the £2 delivery charge, believing I was making a straightforward purchase. I later discovered that I had apparently been enrolled into a monthly subscription through information in the small print.
Yesterday, £28 was taken from my account without any advance notification that the payment was about to be charged. I find this extremely misleading. A recurring £28 monthly subscription should be made absolutely clear and prominent before a customer completes their purchase, not something they only discover after money has been taken.
I would not have agreed to this subscription had I understood clearly that I was signing up for recurring monthly payments. This experience has completely undermined my trust in the company.
