The installation was superb all left with no making good required internally. Wakas Malik was always available to assist with any queries from the point of order to completion of installation. Would recommend this company to anyone and we will use again.

Excellent service
After an issue with one window the full team were easy to contact and sorted out the problem without delay.
Everyone from the first call in right through to the installer were very efficient, friendly and prompt.

At every stage West Yorkshire windows have been very professional, friendly & helpful. Right through from the showroom, where the staff are well informed & not pushy, to the installation, which was on-time, professionally done & tidy, to the genuine & helpful after sales follow up. I cannot fault them.

New front door
Wanted to get new front door - went to West Yorkshire Windows because they put in my windows 4 years ago and were most satisfactory. Once more, they have not disappointed! Once more Carl Farrar came to my home, He listened carefully, helped me to find the correct possible options and was very patient whilst I made up my mind. Excellent service and I am delighted with my choice. Brilliant!!!

Great after sales service!
Had a replacement conservatory roof fitted in July 2021 by West Yorkshire Windows but some problems developed after 3 years, with several of the cap ends on the roof needing replacing. Got in touch with their Customer Services team and in spite of this not being a big job I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to get the problem fixed as part of their after sales support. Problem solved and just like new - great after sales service!

This is a review for the sister company, Trent valley windows.
We were happy with the service from start to finish. During the planning phase we were able to see what the final product would look like.
The installation went very smoothly and the product has a nice finish.
This review only doesn’t receive 5 stars due to the 3rd party scaffolding company failing to turn up and I wasted a day staying in for them

Happy customer
Had all our windows done in November,did a good job quickly and no mess.Very pleased. Noticed a fault in the glass on the kitchen window when the sun shone on it in May. Got in touch and they changed it no problem. One happy customer 😀

Faded colour on doors
Our doors had faded in sections from West Yorkshire Windows. Phoned Dawn sent pictures off and she confirmed we could have the slabs replaced. Richard came out to do the job and he was brilliant we want to adopt him. Dawn was great to speak to on the phone and sorted everything out for us. Top company to deal with when something went wrong.

Utility room extension
Every person that came to my house to work were excellent. The workmanship was good. Any snags were dealt with straight away. The matched the bricks perfect to my existing bungalow. My block paving was put back and matched perfectly. The drive was swept and hosed. Can’t fault them

I had my Orangery and extension work…
I had my Orangery and extension work done in October 2018. At the time when work was completed I was really pleased and our house was tranformed into an exceptional space where we spend a lot of our time as a family.
Recently I had an issue where I thought a slight leak maybe the cause of some dripping noise I could hear at the back of my new extension.
As the installation work carried out came with a 10 year warranty, I contacted West Yorkshire Windows and they promptly arranged for one of their inspectors to come out and having done so I was reassured that the cause of this issue maybe something else and that there were no problems within the orangery and my new extension.
In dealing with my issue about this matter I felt their staff were very professional and helpful and I received very good after care service. Thank you

French Doors fix.
French Doors to balcony were not closing properly. Wind and rain blowing in.
The fitter adjusted the doors, lifting them up and sealing the door.
Excellent result.

Teamwork at its best, means confident and happy customers
The two lads in the team were speedy, efficient, and sensitive to the needs of the customer. Experienced and excellent problem solving over a couple of issues. Nothing seemed to challenge them really and they complemented each other perfectly, whilst remaining friendly and humorous on occasions . Prompt arrival at 8am both mornings and on the job 5 minutes later. Tidied up well afterwards, and kept us fully informed throughout the job. Would have them back tomorrow, so a team WYW need to keep on their books ,and recognize them as an asset to the company.

They say what they do on their ‘ Tin’ all crews were friendly and professional and the finished project exceeded my expectations .

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! This is brand new and look at it! Not tied into the house and major defects inc the drain not even connected. The company has not even finished and failed two turn up to fit a window just contestant lies. Left a customer who has cancer and a pregnant wife in an unsafe house with a boarded up window for to weeks!
Update: your all the same company and it’s yourself that been out! Not even a sorry by phone! This was build is that bad and unsafe it had to be knocked down and started again! the customer team is a waste of space, instead of salting sorry it’s and I quote “ our driver could be in a accident” we’re actual you don’t have a clue and full of lies to get customers off the phone and then don’t call back!
