The team at Penge Wickes have been so helpful over the past 5 months. I just want to show some recognition to all of them as I haven't come across not one person who hasn't gone above and beyond to assist me with the things I've needed.

This is my local store so I visit quite frequently. The staff are always very helpful and the store has everything I need. On the last visit, Val in particular was very helpful. He had great product knowledge. Will continue to shop here.

The fishwick brothers were amazing they always have a smile on their face making my time a breeze. They are very efficient and knowledgeable and would reccomend them!!! The only reason I still shop here!! 10/10 service

We had our shower room designed and fitted by Wickes. Mo the designer was excellent insuring that all went smoothly. We had a couple of hiccups but Mo pulled out all the stops to make sure everything went OK. The fitters were excellent and were very clean and tidy. Would recommend Wickes again.

I have been coming to Wickes, Anerley everyday this week since I am undergoing a house refurb. Some of the staff haven’t been helpful. I asked a simple question ‘what is the difference between this and that paint’ and I was told ‘I don’t know just search it up’. Why are you working in Wickes if you don’t know anything about the products? Makes no sense. Regardless, only 2 staff members, Damian and Afrim have been helpful and nice to us. They answered our questions and advised us on the products, unlike the rest of the staff who were just rude and ignorant. Also thank you Afrim for helping me to the car with the heavy shopping. Lastly, the security guard (didn’t get his name) has also been nice and helpful. The others need serious training in basic customer service.

Damian (from the Anerley store) was a fantastic help when ordering our new fence with him. He was very knowledgeable, had our interests at heart and told us some interesting things to be aware of. Very lovely chap and a big thank you to him!

Mo in Anerley was absolutely fantastic. Lovely bloke and knowledgeable. Funny and good salesman. I know I could have got the kitchen cheaper elsewhere however the quality and knowledge how from Mo wouldn't have been the same.
Great all-round. Highly recommended.

Staff are always helpful and polite so just keep doing what your doing guys. Was served by kay and usually served by this lady who always greats me and tells me to have a good day/evening
