Wickes - Bury St Edmunds Opiniones 

Shower tray developed several black pock marks in the first few days and then several more appeared over the next few weeks. 3 floor tiles cracked the first few weeks followed by 2 more over next few months. Shower tray and tiles replaced 10 months later but too few tiles to finish the job as spares also cracked. Now looks as though the whole lot have to be replaced with something suitably durable. Enamel on sink easily marked by metal objects including razor and shaving gel can. An endless nightmare of mess and hassle. Would not recommend.

Jasmine served me. She was a delight and spent time with me whilst I chose a new kitchen sink tap. Patient. Helpful. Very pleasant. Just what j needed and I thanked her for her time and bought a kitchen tap with her assistance. Thank you jasmine

Robert Andrews, design consultant at Wickes, what can I say, he's really good at his job, he came to our house took some really accurate measurements and came up with a design/layout that was just what we wanted, also made several suggestions which I would not have thought of, when it came to deliveries Wickes didn't disappoint,
although we had a sink delivered in a damaged condition, Wickes customer service was on the ball there, replacing the damaged item in a couple of days, all in all Wickes and Robert make a pretty good team,
Not forgetting, Robert saved us a fair bit of money on some good deals.

From planning our kitchen at the Bury St Edmunds Wickes store to installation and completion has been as promised.
Meagan our kitchen planner was professional and understanding of our requirements within the planning. Giving us advice and choices to ensure our needs were met.
Delivery of Kitchen arrived on the date and time allocated.
All items were as listed.
Installation was by Alan.
A very experienced, and capable fitter and carpenter. He worked tirelessly in over 30 degrees of heat on all days.
Alan kept us informed of any issues, (there were 2, a change to kitchen work top at our request, and missing kitchen worktop edging - no one’s fault). Alan is an excellent crafts man, and a credit to the Wickes team.
Yvonne was our customer service coordinator, and we could contact her if need be, and she followed up on progress regularly.
There has been excellent communication throughout the whole process.
The total finish is above our expectations and we thank
all those involved in the transformation of our beautiful kitchen.
We highly recommend Wickes.

Never used wickes before (and wont be again)but they were the only ones that had the worktops I liked so put in an order picked the date and waited in for them to arrive - checked tracking and it said next stop was mine - waited and waited and nothing so checked tracking again only to find that they had been sent back to the shop with no explanation at all, no call to let me know, nothing!! - phone wickes and they couldnt even tell me what had happened so had to get the delivery rescheduled - so have had to take a day off work wasted waiting, and still cant finish my kitchen - asked for confirmation of the new delivery date and didnt even get that and had to ring again to get it sent as it said I wasnt authorised to use the link they had sent me - so now just having to take another day off and wait and see if they arrive this time - terrible service and as I said first and last time I will be using them!!

I’ve been thinking about re-doing my bathroom and kitchen. I was just having a look around, getting some ideas, Yasmin was really knowledgable on worktops and helping me pick what to get. I can’t wait to start the project! Will be returning!

Brad at Wickes in Bury St Edmunds was an absolute rock star!!! He helped me on 2 occasions with some seriously heavy cement pavers. He also went above and beyond and looked up which sand I needed for my patio project. Brad is Such a great asset to Wickes! He made my experience on both occasions a dream- that’s why I keep coming back. Thank you Brad !!!

Yasmin was very helpful finding my bathroom refurb items. Great value from the in-stock range and available when I needed them. If you could have some bathroom/shower panelling in stock in the most common white/marble colours that would be a great addition as it will save me a trip elsewhere.

Bradley was excellent, helped me load my car with gravel and did it all with a smile, thanks Bradley!

I can't thank Aaron W enough for the help he gave me. I came in with questions about pipe sizes and connectors and he took real time out of his day to walk me through everything, patiently explaining my options and helping me land on the right solution. His product knowledge was seriously impressive, and he was polite and easy to talk to the whole time. It's rare to get this level of service — Wickes is lucky to have him. Highly recommend asking for Aaron if you need advice in-store!

Megun was very accomodating, she listened to what i wanted and was great with the dogs!

We had Robert Andrews as our Design Consultant and he was excellent. Went above and beyond expectations. If we’re honest - he made the difference between staying with Wickes and an alternative provider. Polite, knowledgeable, professional and approachable. Excellent communication skills, and provided thoughtful advice whilst being respectful of our taste. Wickes had a far superior range in store and just felt premium. Would definitely recommend!

Robbie was a great help with the sheet materials and step ladders.
Helping me choose the right one , he was very well spoken and down to earth when it came to the purchase, with service like this I may have to switch from my local to bury st Edmund’s.
