Always helpful staff here and I’m in and out 3/4 times a week. Sean served me today and was as usual cheerful and polite. Got what I needed which is usually the case here and most things are easy to find too. Occasionally have to ask where something is but usually because I’m looking “like a bloke”!

I brought a kitchen from the Dorking store and I had a great experience. This was my first time buying a kitchen and I was doing it on a budget and was nervous about choosing the right one. Emily the design consultant put me straight at ease. She showed me different options and designed it on screen for me too see and change different things. The process was so much easier than I thought. The kitchen has now been fitted and I am over the moon with the result. Thank you Emily and Wickes Dorking for making this a pleasant, fun and straight forward experience.

Very nice man called Alister in the Dorking Wickes helped me find all the stuff I needed, gave good advice and loaded my car. Very helpful and polite staff. Great customer service.

I had a return to do and buy tiles for kitchen and bath. Tommy helped with it. He was very friendly and respectful and also helped in to load all the goods.

Great store, really helpful staff

Great selection of products, well organised which is unusual for a DIY store! Staff were attentive to a couple of questions I had on paint types.

Visited this Wickes recently since moving to the area. The staff were super friendly and pointed me in the right direction as to what I needed. Very clean too!

Craig went above and beyond to assist us in getting the right colour and type of paint. He was friendly engaging and respectful Craig mixed the paint for us and ensured that the lids were on tight for transporting.
It was great to have someone like Craig identify we needed assistance and then engage with us and help solve the problem.

We normally use the Dorking branch of Wickes. We always manage to find someone knowledgeable and helpful to assist us. Craig, who is normally on the checkout tills is always professional, friendly and helpful. Altogether, Dorking is a nice branch to visit.

I purchased my kitchen from Wickes in Dorking. The kitchen is stunning and looks better then anticipated. From start to finish it was an excellent service. Julie Barratt was the designer who gave us great ideas for a small space. Jason Thompson was our installer who was amazing,knowledgeable and experienced in installing units, electrics and plumbing. So happy with results.
