Design consultant Paul Potter has been excellent in advising us on our new kitchen. He listened to our requirement's and did not push us into making any decisions at all.
Paul was very patient and re-quoted after some changes to our initial plan.
A lovely gentleman, an asset to Wickes.

Excellent customer service.
Went into Wickes Halesowen branch. Having looked at items I then went to the pay desk and asked for assistance. Anthony appeared within a few minutes and assisted me when choosing my items offering advice where he could. Anthony even helped when I was unsure if my car would be able to accommodate lengthwise for some of the items. Anthony showed patience, knowledge and empathy and should be recognised for his excellent customer service. I came away with all items I required and felt that I had been listened to and treated with courtesy and kindness.
Thank you Anthony you are a credit to the store.

Was in wickes today buying some paint,
the girl on the till with black hair (didn’t get her name) was really friendly and agreed the colour I picked was good! Will definitely be back in the future

I’d just like to say a big thank you to the member of staff eleanor who helped me at Wickes. I came in just before they closed to get plastering supplies, and they were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s not often you come across customer service like that, so I really appreciated the help. A real credit to Wickes.

Fabulous customer service
Needed some decking boards delivered but wanted to pick them from store to ensure quality and reduce need for returns. Eleanor and Ben were patient and superb in organising a delivery from the Halesowen store which will allow me the pick the boards for delivery the day before. Looked at various options before sorting a solution. Absolutely blown away by their customer service approach. Above and beyond what I could reasonably expect. Thank you

Halesowen store
Went into the Halesowen store on 11/9 needed some help with hinges for a door. Not the best with DiY spoke to Bubz who was very friendly and went out his way to help me. He had other customers waiting but still took his time to help me. Excellent customer service skills and amazing energy. He is an asset to your store Hope he gets recognised for this service as he helped me out and even had a good conversation.

Excellent customer service
I visited Wickes Halesowen recently to buy compost. A lovely assistant called Nikki could see I was struggling to keep hold of my trolley and lift the bags onto it. She very kindly loaded them onto the trolley for me and waited with them while I went to pay. Then helped me get them into the car. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Will definately buy from Wickes again. Well
