I recently renovated my kitchen/bathroom with Wickes over at Hangar lane, and I am so pleased with the results. My design consultant Ann was always willing to help, and was very attentive to the vibe we were going for. Generally an excellent service! Thank you again!!

I had a fantastic experience at Wickes Hanger Lane thanks to Hadia. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Her product knowledge and willingness to assist made my visit quick, easy, and enjoyable. It’s rare to receive such excellent customer service, and Hadia is a real credit to the team. I’ll definitely be returning to this branch and highly recommend asking for her if you need any help!

I would like to mention Hedz for all the support given while shopping at Wickes Hanger Lane.

I came in looking for a particular type of sand, and needed help, I approached Primrose, who was as delightful as her name! She took me to the sand area, she tried to find the one I needed, when it wasn't there, she took the product code, and tried to search for it on the computer, and find me an alternative store, that I could go to, when I told her I wouldn't be going to an alternative store, she then helped me find an alternative sand for my needs, which worked for me really well, and I bought two bags, she also offered me a trolley. She was lovely!

I was really impressed with Michal Asid who was our designer at your Wickes Hager Lane branch, I can just say that he was very profession and knowledgable. I was fascinated by how quickly and accurately he designed my kitchen for me. I was so pleased I then decided that I would add a further two purchases of bathrooms with installation through Michal. His follow up since my purchase has been fantastic and the after sales has been prompt and very helpful. I cannot recommend him highly enough to his future customer, he is certainly in the right job.

The sales staff was amazing told me where to go exactly to look for what i wanted i couldn't decide and she helped me make my chioce.

Great new layout after refurbishment - much improved.

Early morning click and collect on my way to work and Hadz attended to my order. She kindly showed me how to connect all the pieces of my garden equipment I bought and saved me a lot of time trying to figure it out when I got home. Thanks again Hadz!

Huge shout-out to Hedz and the trainee - Jada she was working with today. Shopping can sometimes feel like a chore, but their friendly energy made my day. They were quick to help, easy to talk to, and you can tell Hedz is doing a great job mentoring. Service with a smile still exists! I'll definitely be back.
