Complete kitchen refit, designed by Deepa and expertly carried out by Saba and his team including plastering, plumbing, gas and electrical tasks.
This has created a beautiful kitchen that will be a pleasure to use for years to come.

My experience of getting a new kitchen from Wickes was positive from my first meeting with Deepa, kitchen designer, to the end of the instillation by kitchen fitter Steve. Deepa listened to all of my ideas and transformed them into the perfect design. The kitchen components were delivered on time by an extremely efficient team. Steve and his team installed the kitchen to an incredibly high standard and he was a delight to work with. I can find no fault with the finished kitchen and it is much admired by all who see it. My last Wickes kitchen was still functional and stylish after 30 yrs - I have no doubt that this new one will follow suit! Thanks to all the Wickes team.

Nassi and Amelia were super helpful, super knowledgeable and I'm only gutted this Wickes isn't my local because I would come all the time

I was at sainsburys in apsley with my elderly mother who unfortunately took a fall in the carpark, A man who i believe said his name was Conner with a wickes uniform on rushed over to to help. He made sure she didnt seriously hurt herself and got her back on her feet and back to the car, thank god no serious damage was done but i wouldn't of been able to help my mother from the ground which is why i hope this gets back to Conner as he was a saint. Thank you from me and my mum!

Friendly, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, especially when I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for! She navigated my vague explanations with impressive skill.

People run marathons, climb mountains and perform surgery; Amelia works at Wickes explaining DIY products to people like me.

I’ve just moved into my new home and popped into Wickes to buy paint — without the slightest clue about what I actually needed. Connor was fantastic. He helped me choose the most suitable paint and gave clear, practical advice on how to prep the walls properly. His customer service, knowledge and professionalism were so impressive that I even ended up choosing laminate flooring while I was there.
Wickes should be proud to have such an outstanding team member.

I went into the store to get some help as I am renovating my house, knowing nothing I was stumped. Connor approached me to see if I needed any help and talked me through flooring, painting and kitchens. He was very knowledgeable and gave outstanding service, I will be returning to this store to buy my products! I hope Connor sees this as he is a credit to Wickes.

Wickes have been fantastic. They gave me £100 worth of materials (within a few days of asking) as part of their community project fund to help me develop our wildlife area in our school nursery. I am extremely grateful as schools have so little budget wise. It's great that they are willing and able to help the community. Thank you so much again!

Having been very happy with the kitchen Wickes supplied for our previous home we booked a home visit to have our bathroom replaced. I received a confirmation email, however they didn't bother to turn up, nor did they call to say they wouldn't be coming. We had other things we could have been doing with our weekend and wasted an hour waiting in for somebody to show up.

We still haven't received any comms from anyone at Wickes to explain what happened.

We've now decided not to choose Wickes for our new bathroom as we expect far better customer service for such an expensive purchase.

If the pre-sales experience is this bad I have absolutely no confidence in receiving reliable after sales support if we need it.

From start to finish Deepa was professional and really helpful in ordering our new kitchen doors. She explained everything from colours to sizes down to making sure everything fitted perfectly in our existing kitchen. She has made the whole experience easy and the order was completed stress free!

Tom was absolutely outstanding- gave me excellent advice around MDF bathroom panelling and all the equipment and materials I’d need. We were very pleased with the service we received from Deepa Kukadia from the Hemel Hempstead store. We had a very quick turnaround from looking at kitchens on 3 April to fitting which was completed on 29 May. A few glitches which were quickly remedied by the store and fitters. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.

We spoke with Wickes regarding a primary school project. Their funding for charities has changed since we last looked so we were not able to get all we needed, however Elliot was able to organise and deliver (which wasn't easy) some of requests to our school which has saved us a nice chunk of money and time.

I did find it a lot of calling before finally being in touch with Elliot who made the process quite smooth.
