We would like to say a huge thank you to Wickes for their generous donation of compost, bark and a water butt to support our SEND garden.
Their support will make a real difference, helping us to create and maintain a lovely outdoor space where our children can enjoy gardening, explore nature and learn new skills.
A special thank you to Natalia for organising the donation and for being so helpful and supportive. It is greatly appreciated!

Amy’s knowledge and experience was fabulous!

Amy is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the products.
She was very prompt in answering emails and questions even in her own time.

Fortune at Wickes
I want to say a BIG, heartfelt thank you to Fortune at the pay point! She was absolutely brilliant — even with a long queue and being the only staff member in sight, she still greeted me with a smile and genuinely asked if I needed any help. Moments like that really stand out, and it’s fantastic to see that Wickes truly puts customer experience front and centre.

Amy was very helpful, fitted a home visit at short notice. She listened to all my preferences and came with 2 great designs. The design was prepared very efficiently and talked us through all the details in store showing us the examples in the display.
I would highly recommend Amy.

Outstanding service
I had a click and collect order from the Letchworth store but unfortunately I couldn’t enter the store as I had no-one with me and I am disabled. I phoned the store ahead of arriving and spoke to a lovely lady called Jess who very kindly, brought out my order to me once I’d arrived in my car. I cannot thank Jess enough for this! She didn’t make me feel guilty or anything for asking! Great service :)

Kaylesh and Luke were fantastic
Kaylesh and Luke were absolutely wonderful. As took my mother to buy some stones. Helped wash, so she could see the right colour. And Luke bought them all to my car for us. And loaded in. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Been back today for more stones
