customer service issue resolved
Booked an initial telephone consultation for a bathroom. At booking slot, no phone call, so I phoned the store. Advised the staff member was in a meeting - no apology. I requested a follow up email, none received.
I assume poor customer service at the initial enquiry stage with no follow up isn’t what Wickes aim to deliver. Disappointing service
Post edit Manager called after seeing this post. Apologised and said it was a computer error. I’ve rebooked and changed my star review.

Friendly staff and nice store.
Wanted to thank a colleague today who was very helpful when I visited Perry Barr store. Coming in with 2 young children and not really knowing what I needed or where, Sean was patient and friendly in helping with what I needed. Very good experience.

Time to refresh paintwork and repair plasterboard.
I needed specific items and was able to buy both of them. I was pleased with the range of stock to choose from. A member of staff , Ancela, showed me the relevant shelves so I was not wandering aimlessly, wasting time. The stock was well labelled so I knew how much everything cost.
