Brilliant friendly service… called into to buy 10 plasterboards this morning… Tracy, Paul the team were super helpful, no fuss in helping me load my van. Thank you Wicks Sheffield (with some help from the Worksop contingent 🙂)

The team at Wicks Crystal Peaks are always friendly and helpfull.
I ordered a few things for delivery and found on the confirmation email a sheet of plasterboard was the wrong size, l phoned customer services and was told to refuse the sheet and re order at the store. I called in and spoke to, l believe her name is Zoe, she looked on the computer found the sheet l wanted was the same price and swapped
the sheet there and then!!
COMMON SENSE!!! it's marvelous to meet someone in this day and age of mad technology with basic common sense. She really is a credit to your store ,saving everybody time and hassle, thanks again, can get the job done now!!

Absolutely perfect from start to finish - both went above and beyond to add all the finishing touches and make the whole process as easy as possible.

Really good, friendly man, told me everything in precise detail, I’ve never had a new kitchen

I had 100 boxes delivered in my living room on 3rd April and was looking forward to having a beautiful kitchen by 17th April. It’s now 5th May and there’s still a leak to be fixed under sink, floor to be fixed because it’s not level like we asked for, bespoke unit to actually look and be used as a cupboard, step to be done, boxing in and backsplash, cooker hood to be fixed to wall, under unit lights to do, radiator to be changed. So I’ve had no washing machine now since 6th April which is absolutely disgusting, how do you expect a working family of 3 to not do any washing. I still have a damaged fridge freezer and damaged sink which no one has mentioned them to be replaced again And the waste is still here. Absolutely zero confidence in anyone ever dealt with, I’d avoid

A very professional service from Lewis from start to finish. Complete attention to detail, his valuable experience shining through at every level. A shout out also to the retail staff at Peaks who are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable whilst being very approachable.
All in all, after researching many, many, many local and national kitchen suppliers we are more than delighted with the Wickes team at Crystal Peaks 👍🏻.

We recently purchased a new kitchen, Lewis Jordan Burley was the consultant who supported us throughout the process. He was exceptionally professional and demonstrated extensive knowledge of all aspects of the wicks kitchen ranges. Lewis designed a kitchen that is not only beautiful but also highly functional. He is a real credit to the company.

I can undoubtedly say, my experience up to now has been superb. I haven’t received my kitchen as yet (due to be delivered this Saturday)
My interaction with Hannah, from the first moment she came to my home to do the free kitchen design quote and measure up, has been great. She’s friendly, very helpful and is always there with reassuring advice. She does have great knowledge and the outcome of the design appointment was well received. What she put together from our initial meet was more than what I expected and fell in love with it from the moment I saw the 3D render. I couldn’t recommend her enough :)

After having already visited one of Wickes showroom kitchens and findinga kitchen that we liked, we then contacted the store at Crystal Peaks and they arranged for a designer to call out to see us. Hannah arrived on time and helped us plan what was possible, after which we visited Hannah at the store to see the design she had prepared and costed. We now have a delivery date in May for the kitchen and so far so good. We're both really impressed with how Hannah has managed our experience of purchasing a new kitchen and value her experience. It was also nice to be able to visit a showroom in store to see how a kitchen would look, rather than looking at a brochure.

Our experience was made so easy with the help from Hannah.
Nothing was to much trouble. Hannah helped us every step of the way from our kitchen design and measuring our kitchen to helping us with choosing kitchen appliances with us.
I would totally recommend buying from Wickes kitchens and certainly having Hannah to help with everything she was amazing.

The surveyor was very good, he explained what we were cable of doing with a new kitchen, he was professional and knew his job very well.

Andrew confirmed the appointment and was polite and courteous, providing useful and constructive advice on the design, after listening attentively to my needs.
What I'd failed to appreciate, and what Wickes should make clearer is the 5 to 6 weeks delivery delay when I have my own joiner to fit the kitchen.
This sadly takes the Wickes offering outside the joiner's window for fitting.
Wickes should work on 1) bringing that down to a week 2) publicising it loud and clear in store to avoid wasted customer and staff time

Poor customer service. I ordered a bathroom and it was a month late! I had 7 different deliveries when I was told it should be just 2. Ive still not received my wall panels. Avoid at all costs! So glad I went with Magnet for my kitchen. Crystal peaks staff and the store manager clearly do not know how to run a shop.

I had to go 1 star as no minus stars available. Kitchen fitters spot on, small issue popped up and contacted customer service team several times now, and no one gets back in touch been at it almost daily for last 25 days. This is no way to treat your customers. That said i eont be a customer again.

I nipped into Wickes at Crystal Peaks today, as I was in the area, I needed a floating shelf 3ft long and in black.
I was served at the checkout by Tracy, who I have to say was lovely.
If only all Till operatives could be that approachable and friendly.

Wickes Drakehouse Sheffield, the kitchen designer went above and beyond our expectations. He showed us different options and we left very happy. We will be returning next week to finalise and buy.

Has someone who should be a valued customer spending a little over £15k last year in Wickes alone, contributing to many of the customers who keep the lights on and pay the wages of staff. Joanne restored my confidence in Wickes after exchanging a tool that Chesterfield store refused to.

Customer service was clearly massively at play here and was made to feel like a valued customer. I had receipt to prove purchase, Joanne didn’t hesitate and was happy to assist. It’s a 20 minute drive out my way but the Chesterfield store could take some training from this store in my short experience here alone.

Served today by Joel who’s mixed us our paint, was very helpful and Also very knowledgeable, made our shopping experience very easy

Came to wicked to buy gloss in a certain colour and Joel helped by mixing the colour for me. Very helpful
