Wickes - Stevenage Opiniones 

I would like to say a great big thank you to Joe McGregor (Designer/Planner) for all the help, advice and support he has given me during my journey of replacing my kitchen. But most of all I’m extremely grateful for his patience with me and my kitchen looks absolutely fabulous.

I took my mother who has dementia too look at bathrooms at wickes Stevenage we were greeted by a lovely young lady called Leigh , she was so patient and put my mother at ease we will definitely be returning , she really is a credit too your business

Visited wickes in stevenage earlier this week trying to get some ideas for a garden project myself and my partner had decided on, a lovely lady there called Leigh showed us all options available to us and then helped us come to a final design decision, which couldn't have been easy because we're so indecisive! 10/10 would recommend wickes to all family and friends, they saved us a massive headache, thank you

Had a great visit at the store today, was really clean and a good atmosphere. I was offered help looking for what I needed which was good

Whilst previously shopping in 3 other stores ,where I met with staff that had no knowledge of what they were selling or even their stock levels,I eventually got the help and knowledge of the product I was interested in from a well informed and very polite member of staff ,Tony Brennan and thanks again for being helpful much appreciated

I popped into the shop on Saturday to get some help choosing paint for my kitchen and Leigh was a star and helped mix some paint for me! Legend!

I visited the Stevenage branch to enquire about a new bathroom. I was approached by a man called Joe, he walked me around the displays and went through a few ideas for me. We looked at tiles and flooring too. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, when we are ready I’ll be sure to book in.

I needed a new kitchen and someone had recommended to speak to Helen Lloyd at my nearest branch in Stevenage and it was an excellent recommendation. I really had no clue what I wanted or how to go about doing it and Helen immediately put me at ease. She took time to work out what I needed, made recommendations sympathetic to my budget and offered reassurance throughout the whole process to someone who finds this kind of thing daunting. She could not have been more kind and helpful. She has great knowledge and experience and a great eye for design and I feel really confident that I’m going to get a kitchen that meets all my needs.

Staff very helpful and friendly, was offered assistance to my car with my shopping!

Don’t touch this company! They over promise and under deliver. Not interested in sorting out your issues or complaint as you have to pay for the bathroom upfront. Extremely poor customer service- clearly have so much trade that they don’t care. No response from complaints team for days at a time. Go anywhere else, I went to Wickes believing that I was dealing with a reputable company, recognising that I was paying over the odds compared to going to an independent plumber. I wanted the reassurance of using a well known and reputable company but that proved to be wrong.

Debbie helped me find the item I needed, she took her time to help me and was such a lovely, friendly lady!

Very efficient and helpful. Tyler helped me unload 200kg of ballast into my car after the girl at the checkout offered some assistance loading my car as she could see I was a bit out of breath from loading up my trolley. He did so quickly and efficiently and despite me offering him a tip in gratitude he politely declined, I would have happily done so as he helped me immensely in hot sticky weather 10 of 10 on service!!

Visited the Stevenage store on Saturday to grab a few things Im a bit of a novice at DIY but a lovely colleague named Kiera was super helpful and so friendly, very knowledgeable young lady and made the experience so much less stressful. Thank you kiera.

Had a list of items and was taken round the Stevenage store by a female member of staff who showed me exactly where everything was and took me to checkout. Great customer service ELOISE 👏😀

I'm not the sort of person to purchase impulsively, I pride myself on asking a vast array of questions, followed by copious amounts of note taking and weeks of deliberation.. and that's just for my food shop! So how shocked was I to find myself ordering a full bathroom which had been designed for me by Helen with full installation and a project managed service within hours of seeing the finished design.
I was so impressed, my A4 notepad full of questions not even needed as all information was covered prior to me asking. Helen gave me complete confidence and I can't recommend my designer Helen Lloyd and Wickes installation service enough for all the hard work and time they have put in to give me the bathroom I dreamt of.
