Wickes - Stockport Opiniones 

I have made many trips to the store & have asked for help & advice on some occasions. The staff at the store can only be described as exceptional.
Recently, I was searching for some Wickes branded paint. I searched with a couple of the staff, but one staff member named Taylor, went the extra mile for me & went out to the stock room & got exactly the right colour & finish for me. This is just one example of many that I’ve had at the store. Thank you so much to All the Staff at the Stockport store. You’re all truly professional, lovely & much appreciated 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😊👏🏽👍🏽👌🏽

Wickes was an absolute nightmare, five months on from paying them in full we still have NO Kitchen. They never once communicated any of the issues that they caused us. When we complained all we got was them being in denial about us suffering any inconvenience. We have now had to cancel our Kitchen with Wickes, and start the whole process elsewhere. We are now about to take legal action against Wickes for the inconvenience, and bitter disappointment, they have caused us through their total incompetence - We are always very measured in our reviews, but unfortunately we would not recommend Wickes to anyone due to the appalling service we have received from them. Five months on they haven't even said sorry for all the problems they have caused us!! They have been ruthless and uncaring towards us - which is shocking from a big name like Wickes, it appears by their actions that customers mean nothing to Wickes!

Stockport branch - would not recommend

Would have given no stars if possible -designer failed to show up for the appointment

Caitlin was brilliant from the start. We had a bit of an idea for what we wanted and she took that and offered lots of options along the same lines that we'd not considered. Very reassuring to have the full package and not have to worry about all the organising.

Gave us great ideas, thinking outside the box.

Our experience with stockport wickes buying our kitchen has been outstanding from start to finish, Caitlin took our ideas and with her expertise and knowledge created the perfect kitchen for us and made us consider things we'd have never have thought of. Thankyou!

Broken, plan wrong, missing parts. And to top it off really bad customer service from JOHN from the Stockport branch. Not only did he not understand that one larder cupboard endpanel is not enough to make a boiler cupboard when the door sent for it is more than half the size, he then went on to blame the customer stating thats what she wanted when that was fasle because i made the plan he then tried to keep saying he doesnt understand what my point is and that we have everything we need. We then found he didnt even put 2 sides on the boiler cupboard as if the door would even work with 1 panel, he then rang back the customer (owner of kitchen) complaing about me for what he said threatening him when all I did was confront him on his dismissive tone and tell him i would come to the store. He told the customer he then got me (the kitchen fitter) barred from wickes.
The customer wants the rest of her boiler cupboard and she will get it for free. How many people have to park a tank outside the store before you care about customers after they have given you money?
I drew up the plan and JOHN changed the base cupboard and give us a bigger door so we was forced to either demolish loads boxing and plumbing or wait for a door to be delivered.
JOHN you're clearly only nice to get your commission and it shows.

First, wrong information was delivered over the phone, which wasted our time and then the guy attending us in store to plan 3 baths literally made us hate Wicks. It was one the most substandard services I ever recieved. Very poor customer service.

Really disappointed with Wickes Stockport, had a home appointment booked for kitchen fitting which was an option online but received a phone call the day before the appointment to tell me they don’t offer home visits. We then arranged a store visit for 6:30pm, the guy on the phone kept trying to convince us to come in early but with work commitments, 6:30 was the earliest we could do. He was still adamant we could come in earlier and said he’ll see us at 6. This made our decision to go with Wren a lot easier and Shaun was delighted when we cancelled the appointment

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Chrissy at Stockport Wickes. She went out of her way to discuss ideas, give information on different products, giving various alternatives and suggestions.

Really helpful and accommodating staff in the Stockport branch, with a shout out to Tina and to Nigel. Helpful with getting and loading my huge click and collect order! Thanks team!

Caitlin at Wickes , Stockport has been really helpful through out our kitchen renewal journey. Approachable and she explained all the process and available offers to get an affordable quote.

I was booked for an appointment on Sunday. Kept waiting for the surveyor whole night while my calls their showroom remains unanswered. Irony is that they had guts to send me an email saying thank you for attending the appointment.

We visited Wickes at Stockport and with the help of Caitlin (who is very knowledgeable & helpful) we able to plan our new bathroom.

Nigel was extremely helpful, lifting plasterboard sheets on to our car roof.

I bought my kitchen from Wickes and had a really positive experience. The design service was professional, and the customer service was excellent—especially from John Wilson, who was particularly helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate the support and attention to detail.

Bought 9x large and heavy square paving stones.

Jack at the Stockport branch was so kind and helpful, took the item to my car and helped me load into car boot.

Genuinely lovely gentlemen- full credit to Jack.
