Bathroom design
We had Caitlin designing our bathroom, it was a brilliant experience as she had great ideas and guided us through the process really well. We were very pleased with all her suggestions and went ahead with the sale.

Bathroom fitting
We have ordered a bathroom to be fitted. John Wilson has been our consultant and has been brilliant. Everything has gone so well before we even have it fitted. Just been in to order the tiles and got great service again

We have just had a kitchen designed by… Shaun Terry
We have just had a kitchen designed by Shaun Terry, who talked my mum through the process with professionalism, warmth and friendliness. She was extremely nervous about the whole process and he made it so easy. He came out and measured up the same day and booked us in for an appointment the following day, had already designed it on the computer prior to our arrival. Showed us around the showroom at all the different kinds of cupboards, ovens and dishwasher available. It was so clear how the kitchen was going to be laid out and what we can expect throughout the process. My mum is so happy and can’t wait for her new kitchen!

I had a very bad experience with…
I had a very bad experience with Wickes. A day before my appointment, I was asked to cancel it because I had not selected the kitchen yet, so the appointment could not go ahead. I explained to the representative that I had not been informed of this requirement. He then suggested that I cancel the appointment, but I said I would not, as I wanted to keep it. Later, he cancelled the appointment himself without my consent.

Stress free
I couldn’t believe how easy it was to design my dream kitchen. I booked my appointment, told them my budget and what styles I liked and the kitchen designer Caitlin literally brought it to life, she was so helpful and thorough. Caitlin made the experience of purchasing our kitchen enjoyable and stress free. Would definitely recommend Wickes (and Caitlin) to anyone wanting a kitchen.

Broken cupboard.
The fact that no one came out once the kitchen was finished to check everything was correct, 8 months later one cupboard came away from the wall brackets fell off which were supposed to hold it in place informed customer service,sent someone out to fix it we were told we needed new one they took pictures of the damage since then have been given the run around.
