Excellent service
Trevor Wickham was a extremely helpful in planning my kitchen layout, and even after placing the order I went back to change the design and nothing was too much trouble. He fitted me in between clients as I turned up on the off chance with no appointment. If you are planning a new kitchen then book an appointment with Trevor at West Wickham branch.

Great experience at West Wickham!
I went to get bulbs for my living room but was not sure which ones to get - Kay was very friendly and helped me get exactly what I needed.
It also helped that the store was clean and well organised.

I had a wonderful experience at West Wickham a few weeks ago while searching for a small kitchen for my houseboat. Kay, a delightful and incredibly helpful woman, greeted me in the showroom. She and a kind gentleman named Trevor assisted me in designing my charming little kitchen; the Ohio Blue is absolutely stunning. Thank you both so much for your assistance.

New Kitchen
We have recently had a new kitchen through Wickes in West Wickham. James Bealing designed our kitchen and Sotir and his team handled the installation. I cannot fault either of them. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would definitely recommend!

Helpful Staff
I had to return an item that I had ordered online. I went to the store to return the item and to buy a replacement which was in stock at the store. The staff were really helpful and friendly and not only dealt seamlessly with the exchange, they also loaded the item which was quite heavy, into my car! Great experience all round!

My favourite supplier for building materials
I use Wickes all the time for my building supplies and find them well priced, convenient and well stocked.
The entire team at West Wickham are super helpful and friendly and always go the extra mile for me when needed.

Wickes was quick to take almost £20,000 for two bathrooms, but when it came to delivering the service, it was a disaster. I was left without a functional bathroom for months, with constant delays and zero accountability. Despite countless attempts to reach out, my calls were ignored, and promises of updates were never fulfilled. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Wickes at all costs.
Even 1 star is higher than they deserve!

The store staff and design team promise the world but clueless about basic install, regulatory compliance and basic safety.

Crap customer service and no response when issue raised.
Not just crap service from in store and cowboy installation team but their general customer service and responsiveness is just as appalling. I have reached out directly on social media, as they requested but still I have got no further. Again I have been directed to a contact form on their website. This is not good enough! We have spent £15k+ on two bathroom and now two months later we are still without an adequate bathroom.
