Crap customer service and no response when issue raised.
Not just crap service from in store and cowboy installation team but their general customer service and responsiveness is just as appalling. I have reached out directly on social media, as they requested but still I have got no further. Again I have been directed to a contact form on their website. This is not good enough! We have spent £15k+ on two bathroom and now two months later we are still without an adequate bathroom.

Thank you James!!
Between February and August, we embarked on the journey of renovating two bathrooms and were fortunate to work with James. From start to finish, James provided exceptional service. He attentively listened to our needs and ideas, offering insightful advice and exploring all possibilities with us. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the process enjoyable and stress-free. James truly went above and beyond, and we would eagerly return to his store for future projects. A heartfelt thank you, James, for all your invaluable assistance!
