Replacement mirror just as damaged
Just had a replacement mirror due to the other one being marked and damaged. Not even taken this out of the foil and it is worse marked than the other.
WW said they would quality check before it was delivered. What is going on?

From our email correspondence, we can see that we responded to all of your messages. However, it appears that some of our replies may have been directed to your junk or spam folder, meaning you may not have seen them.
Regarding the exchange, I can see from our emails the item arrived with a defect, which, based on the photographs appeared to have occurred during transit. We did apologise for this occurring and we promptly offered a solution to resolve the issue, which you accepted and we were pleased to see from our correspondence that you were happy with the resolution provided.

Massive shout out to the courier, Nick. There had been some confusion with our address as we were moving during the delivery period. We had to amend the delivery address. My partner and I both spoke to Nick and he was very friendly, calm and collected, he re-jigged his route and ensured a seamless delivery. Thanks very much, Nick!

The item arrived completely broken
The item arrived completely broken. Rather than processing a full refund for a damaged delivery, customer service informed me that I am required to return the item first. This process requires me to wait at home for an inconvenient courier collection slot, causing significant unnecessary delay and frustration.
Furthermore, I was advised that a "packaging fee" would be assessed if the returned item is deemed not to be faulty upon inspection—which is deeply concerning given that the product was delivered damaged.
The level of service provided was wholly unacceptable and lacked basic customer care. I will not be placing any future orders with your company.
