The item arrived completely broken
The item arrived completely broken. Rather than processing a full refund for a damaged delivery, customer service informed me that I am required to return the item first. This process requires me to wait at home for an inconvenient courier collection slot, causing significant unnecessary delay and frustration.
Furthermore, I was advised that a "packaging fee" would be assessed if the returned item is deemed not to be faulty upon inspection—which is deeply concerning given that the product was delivered damaged.
The level of service provided was wholly unacceptable and lacked basic customer care. I will not be placing any future orders with your company.

Beautiful products and excellent service
Really happy with my order from William Wood. I purchased the Francesca gold mirror and two ceramic vases, and everything is absolutely beautiful. The quality is excellent and the pieces look even better in person. Delivery was smooth and the service was great throughout. I also received one of the vases as a free gift, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Beautiful large round bevelled Mirror
Glad I found this company, I bought a large round bevelled mirror with thin aged gold/brass frame and it is stunning and really good quality. I found William Wood to have Goods coms, good price, and although delivery took a little longer, it was worth the wait and would definitely recommend this company for high quality statement pieces.
