Good, not outstanding
Great design lovely statement piece however arrived slightly damaged, WW was able to exchange it for a new mirror which had a few minor cosmetic defects but was of no additional cost to us. Good product, shipping and customer support, expected damages and imperfections when working with soft woods.

A statement piece that completely transforms our room
Even better in person than on the website, which I didn't think was possible! The dark wood base has the most beautiful rich tone and the natural marble top is truly stunning, every piece is unique. Absolutely in love with this!

Fantastic company
When the mirror was delivered it was unfortunately cracked , Mark the delivery driver was great, he took the mirror straight back assuring us that it wouldn’t be a problem to replaced or refunded the item . William wood then contacted us to replace damaged mirror &quickly sent another one out . Very impressed with the product, Mark the driver as well as customer services.Not often you get such a top class service these days . Would definitely use again . Thank you William Wood

Brilliant quality mirror and…
Brilliant quality mirror and accessories. Couldn't fault them at all and great value considering the quality. I even had a lovely delivery driver that brought my mirror up stairs for me as my husband was away and no way could I have done that myself.

Delivery took over 7 days
Delivery took over 7 days. I ordered a mirror that stated delivery would be within 7 days, but as I ordered on Friday, I expected it to arrive by the following Friday at the latest. Instead, it arrived on the Tuesday after.
Considering the prices, you would expect a quicker and more reliable delivery service. Would I order from here again? Probably not.
On the positive side, the delivery driver was a gentleman, very polite, well-mannered and handled the parcel with care. 👍

I do apologise that you felt that delivery took a long time to reach you. I would like to clarify that, for your postcode area, we do advise a lead time of 1-7 business days, and the Tuesday delivery was made would be the 7th business day from purchase.
However, I can only apologise that delivery fell at the end of the leadtime, as we never want customers to be left feeling frustrated. We will use your feedback to improve going forward.
