Delivery took over 7 days
Delivery took over 7 days. I ordered a mirror that stated delivery would be within 7 days, but as I ordered on Friday, I expected it to arrive by the following Friday at the latest. Instead, it arrived on the Tuesday after.
Considering the prices, you would expect a quicker and more reliable delivery service. Would I order from here again? Probably not.
On the positive side, the delivery driver was a gentleman, very polite, well-mannered and handled the parcel with care. 👍

I do apologise that you felt that delivery took a long time to reach you. I would like to clarify that, for your postcode area, we do advise a lead time of 1-7 business days, and the Tuesday delivery was made would be the 7th business day from purchase.
However, I can only apologise that delivery fell at the end of the leadtime, as we never want customers to be left feeling frustrated. We will use your feedback to improve going forward.

Superb service and excellent product
Superb service, efficient delivery - driver contacted me directly which was great.
The table is exactly as described and is perfect.

Quality products and excellent service
I only came across William Wood a few weeks back but since them have made multiple purchases. The USP for me is their customer service, especially delivery - communication was great and delivery easy and efficient. The items I've purchased have been great quality and as described. I will definitely be purchasing from here again!

I asked for a delay to be put on the delivery as we were away when I ordered. The communication was very good and the team incredibly polite and personable. The delivery was exactly when it said it would be and the mirrors are beautiful. I’m very happy.

Genuinely terrible
Genuinely terrible. The item I ordered (table lamp) arrived and felt so cheap, didn't reflect the price of them item at all. I requested to return it and the original request was rejected however upon a second request it was accepted. This was over one week ago now however they are yet to send any information about the return itself as it HAS to be via their courier not via a postal service. For over a week now i've been enquiring about when the return will take place but i cannot get a definitive answer. If i'm being honest I think William Wood run a system which blocks the return process being easy meaning eventually you give up and they keep 100% of the payment. I shall not be giving up.

I’d like to clarify that your initial return request was not approved straight away because we first wanted to check whether you would prefer to exchange the lamp for another item. This is part of our standard returns process, as many customers who request a return choose to exchange their item for something more suitable. It was never intended to prevent or delay you from returning your order.
From reviewing your order, I can see the collection has since taken place and a full refund has been issued to the original payment method.

Mirror is absolutely beautiful
Mirror is absolutely beautiful, on top of that excellent communication re delivery…..text received the day before, was able to text the driver back re leaving in a safe place if not home, which he did with no issues. Really pleased, will definitely use again and recommend to friends/family!

Caring Customer Service
Customer service was superb with a message only a few days after purchase to arrange delivery. I had the driver's number so could explain my address and had a quick chat with him too about timing. It felt personal and caring. You're up there with the likes of John Lewis and Barker and Stonehouse (in my experience anyway).
The vase was very well packaged and I loved it - great quality and as described. I've recommended you to friends!
